Take a look at your task list, sort all the tasks with numbered<br />

priority labels; 1 for your top priorities, 2 for your next priorities,<br />

and so on. After assigning a number to each task, prioritize<br />

each task in each number group with a letter. Start by<br />

selecting the most urgent of the first priorities and assign that<br />

task a A, leaving 1A next to your task. Continue lettering all of<br />

the first tasks, and then start again with A in the second<br />

group.<br />
