Welcome Introduction Welcome to our Winter Guide which is brimming with events from December to February to warm your Christmas cockles and kick start your New Year. We have a spotlight on 2019 in this edition (pages 38 & 39) featuring as many highlights from around Cornwall for the coming year as we could squeeze into two pages! The Mousehole Cat graces our front cover. This magical production, which features live action and puppetry, is based on the popular children’s classic by Antonia Barber. Returning to the historical Solomon Browne Memorial Hall in Mousehole for the third year, The Mousehole Cat is now an established tradition in the village’s annual Christmas illuminations. Early booking is recommended. We are always keen to learn more about our readers. On page 35 you will find our 2018/19 Readership survey which is designed to give us a snapshot of who our readers are, how they use the guide and what we can do to improve it.
