particularly impressed by the cheerful and helpful attitude<br />
<strong>of</strong> the staff. <strong>The</strong>re was a gentility that could not be denied<br />
in the way they responded to inquiries and requests.<br />
A quick look at customer reviews on Trip Advisor confirmed<br />
that the customer service is one <strong>of</strong> the top reasons the<br />
hotel is preferred by companies and individuals when a<br />
hotel is required for their business activities.<br />
It also admirable that every review regardless <strong>of</strong> the<br />
sentiments received a hospitable response from the<br />
hotel’s PR team.<br />
