Bartoline Ready Mixed Wallcovering Adhesive 

has been specially formulated for professional 

use with heavier luxury vinyl, textile, and fabricbacked 

wallcoverings. It provides high initial 

tack with good slip properties and powerful final 

adhesion. It is available in 3 different grades, 

Light, Medium, Heavy depending on the weight 

and backing of the wallcovering. 

The Heavy grade formula performs well 

upto 600g/SQM (22ounce) and is specially 

formulated for Contract wallcoverings, as such 

it is used in many hotel projects around the 

world.

high-tech ready-to-use lightweight filler suitable 

for a multitude of tasks around the home 

and workplace. Utilising ultra-modern glass 

bead technology it outperforms most other 

conventional fillers. When filling large cracks 

and gaps there is no need to build layers, 

as no sagging or shrinkage will be evident, 

even on ceilings. Dries brilliant white with a

Patent KnottIng SoLutIon 

Bartoline Patent Knotting solution is an alcohol based natural lacquer and synthetic resin solution 

suitable for use on all types of soft timbers where the professional decorator has identified the 

need to seal in the substrate’s natural wood oils and resins and prevent them rising through any 

subsequently applied painted coating and staining or distorting the colour and consistency of 

the final finish. The filmforming resins in knotting solution are unaffected by natural tree sap as 

well as being insoluble in hydrocarbon solvents such as white spirit, which are normally used 

in traditional alkyd based primers and decorative coatings. The insolubility and oilresistance of 

this resin prevents any interaction between the paint and the softwood sap resins which remain 

concentrated around the knot features typically found in many common structural timbers used in 

doors, skirting’s, stair rails and window frames. The net effect being that Bartoline Patent Knotting 

Solution enables the professional decorator to achieve the perfect finish irrespective of the knot 

structure and condition of the base timbers.

Bartoline Creosote is a natural and highly effective wood preservative 

made from a complex mixture of hydrocarbon oils containing a controlled 

amount of tar acids. It prevents timber from drying out and splitting, inhibits 

the growth of fungi and at the same time destroys insects, which might 

otherwise damage the wood. (Not for use on internal timbers of residential
