Our range of mayonnaises consist of 25% Caterers Light, 55% Thick &<br />
Creamy and 70% Premium Real offerings packed in 2.5ltr, 5ltr and 10ltr<br />
re-usable black containers.<br />
Made with up to 69% rapeseed oil to give a creamy, intense flavour and<br />
thick, rich consistency, making it a good value choice - it goes further than<br />
thinner versions, as well as having a better taste and texture. As delicious<br />
and tempting as the market leading brands, but without the premium price<br />
tag!<br />
Our mayonnaises are formulated specifically for the catering industry.<br />
We only use rapeseed oil, which is rich in mono-unsaturates and high in<br />
omega 3. All three varieties are similar in viscosity and have wonderful<br />
flavour, giving the customer continuity regardless of rapeseed oil content.<br />
All are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.<br />
Perfect for salad, fillings and sandwiches or even use as a substitute for<br />
butter.<br />
