Moored Fairing<br />
Designed to significantly reduce the vibration,<br />
noise, and drag created by water movement<br />
across the tether cable of a moored buoy.<br />
The fairing allows underwater instrumentation<br />
associated with moored platforms to work to their full<br />
potential. Our materials offer good wear resistance,<br />
high tear strength, flexibility, and oil and hydrocarbon<br />
resistance, in addition to being impervious to<br />
saltwater. Zippertubing’s moored cable fairings’ long<br />
lengths and flexibility allow for easy installation. They<br />
