The Foundation is comprised of a team of innovative brand<br />
architects that build and develop operative business<br />
strategies for both emerging and established brands<br />
within the fashion lifestyle industry. Industry veterans<br />
Antwain Freeman, Dre Hayes, Ari Langsdorf and Daniel<br />
Yadgard established The Foundation in 2007. Having<br />
grown up in the industry, the founders’ knowledge and<br />
understanding of the business speaks authoritatively to<br />
the way they build brands monetarily while simultaneously<br />
enhancing their reputation. The founders aggregate their<br />
expertise to develop many successful brands.<br />

INSPIRATIONS WHEN LAUNCHING THE<br />
FOUNDATION?<br />
Honestly, we were inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit<br />
of the streetwear movement and the desire and need<br />
to work with brands and people we respected. We all<br />
started in the garmento era of fashion. We were just at<br />
the tail end of it. We were always the youngest guys in the<br />
room during those days, and we benefitted greatly from<br />
the professional sales background we learned from those<br />
industry veterans. We wanted to take that old school<br />
professionalism and build a new platform that spoke to the<br />
culture.<br />

KNOW?<br />
The Foundation was never just a showroom. We were<br />
there day one and sometimes pre-day one for many of the<br />
companies we have been involved in over the last 12 years,<br />
both large and small. In most situations we not only did the<br />
sales, but were also integral in the overall business, brand<br />
strategy, merchandising, finance, business infrastructure,<br />
etc. We are called Brand Architects for a reason, and we<br />
have always prided ourselves on the ability to launch and<br />
build brands through business strategy, distribution and<br />
overall business management.<br />
