It is the policy of Northwestern University to not bring alcoholic beverages on the premises unless the alcohol is provided<br />
by a licensed caterer. Events with alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bartender provided by Northwestern<br />
ogram. All beverages<br />
are to remain within the facility. Unconsumed beverages will remain the property of Northwestern <strong>Catering</strong> (Compass), in<br />
accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Northwestern <strong>Catering</strong> reserves the right to refuse service of<br />
alcoholic beverages to any persons. All orders for bar service with alcoholic beverages must also request food service from<br />
Northwestern <strong>Catering</strong> for no less than 20 percent of the total billing.
