Our Prayers<br />
The Anglican <strong>Church</strong><br />
We pray for the Rt Revd Augustin Ahimana and the Anglican <strong>Church</strong> in Kivu,<br />
Rwanda.<br />
We also pray for <strong>St</strong> Michael and All Angels <strong>Church</strong>, Bedminster, and for <strong>St</strong> <strong>Mary</strong><br />
<strong>Redcliffe</strong> Primary School.<br />
The World<br />
Today we remember Lieutenant John Hansford of the King’s Liverpool Regiment, a<br />
choir man who died on 21 <strong>December</strong> 1918 aged 39, the last named of our series of<br />
WWI soldiers connected with our parish, and we remember also all those who<br />
return from war damaged physically or mentally, then and over the century since.<br />
The Community<br />
We pray for SANDS (<strong>St</strong>illbirth and Neo-Natal Death Charity) and all at their Carol<br />
Service, and also for people who find Christmas difficult.<br />
