In this 2 hour <strong>workshop</strong> you will learn:<br />

> From Richard Cottam, vigneron and viticulturist,<br />

Mount Tumbarumba Vineyard;<br />

> About the qualities to look for in ‘cold climate’ wines<br />

such as Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris;<br />

> About the concept of ‘terroir’, how a region’s climate, soils<br />

and aspect (terrain) affect the taste of wine; and<br />

> How to match foods with cold climate wines.<br />

Introductory class suitable for anyone with an interest<br />

in wine. Class includes a cheese platter and a range of<br />

speciality wines to taste.<br />
