ALDP gives emerging leaders like Heather Hartley skills,<br />
knowledge, and peer networks for taking on communal<br />
leadership responsibilities. Heather credits ALDP for<br />
preparing her to serve Hadassah, ADL, and Limmud Seattle.<br />
PAVE facilitates Jewish life in Seattle by providing a framework for<br />
Jews in their 30s and 40s. We provide a safe, inclusive space for all.<br />
PAVE Your Way Grants allow community members to create their<br />
own Jewish experiences.<br />

provide engaging entry points into Jewish life— for kids, their<br />
parents, and grandparents too! Through 61 PJ Library Get<br />
Together Grants, Federation helped over 275 families build<br />
Jewish community in creative, exciting ways.<br />
