Stress Free with C.G.
1. Booking form and deposit to be returned within seven days.
Balance due one month prior to ceremony,
2. Cancellation by the hirer – all cancellations must be received in
writing. All monies paid are non-refundable. Cancellations, if
made within 6 months prior to the ceremony date will incur an
administration/ cancellation fee of 50% of the outstanding balance,
payable one month prior to the original ceremony date.
3. Limit of Liability – in the event of mechanical failure or breakdown,
C.G. Wedding Cars reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with
an alternative mode of transport. C.G. Wedding cars reserve the
right to substitute mechanical and body components which may
not be original to the vehicles. No claim for additional monies
against the driver or C.G. Wedding Cars in respect of consequences
of cancellation will be considered. No liability will be accepted for
the consequences as a result of the actions or events beyond the
control of C.G. Wedding Cars (eg. Fire, Flood, Industrial action
taken by others, or any other causes).
4. Any extra photo sessions or journeys of any kind will only be
fulfilled if noted on the booking form in the space provided.
5. Please note that we allow only 45 minutes for photographs within
the immediate vicinity of the church/register office.
6. By returning your booking form with a deposit, it will be deemed
by C.G. Wedding Cars that these terms have been read, understood
and agreed.
