INITIATIVES IN NORTH AMERICA

communities throughout North America, and
the generosity of Jeunesse Distributors has
helped make this possible.
IN SUPPORT OF

CALIFORNIA
• Through fundraising in January 2018, at LEAD Jeunesse North America 2018, Jeunesse
Kids raised $128,000 USD to help Ronald McDonald House Los Angeles renovate their
19-unit wing for immune compromised children undergoing extensive medical treatment.
By providing a comfortable environment where families can stay together, Jeunesse Kids
and Ronald McDonald House Los Angeles helped make a lasting difference in the lives of
sick children and their families.
• In August 2017, Jeunesse Kids teamed up with the nonprofit City Year at Jeunesse
University West in Anaheim, raising $18,285 USD in donations. All contributions
supported City Year’s mission to improve high school graduation rates in Los Angeles’
impoverished areas.
FLORIDA
• During the EXPO8 Elevate 2017 World Tour: Orlando, generous Distributors donated
more than $150,000 USD to Jeunesse Kids in November to benefit The Foundation of
Seminole County Public Schools and helped fund the building of a Science, Technology,
Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.) preschool for 400 low-income students.
• In fall 2017, to help the victims of the weeks of torrential monsoons in South Asia, and to
aid in the disaster relief in Florida and the Caribbean after Hurricane Irma, Jeunesse Kids
donated $25,000 USD to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
• On Red Nose Day in May 2017, Jeunesse employees and Distributors got seriously silly
with red noses to support keeping kids safe, healthy, educated and empowered.
NEVADA
Distributors donated $80,819.05 USD for Jeunesse Kids’ partnership with the Boys & Girls
Club of Southern Nevada in February 2017 at LEAD Jeunesse Las Vegas. The donations
helped the organization furnish its new soccer field at the Downtown Clubhouse, as well as
provide more than 40 new study tables throughout the region. The clubhouse hosts 150
kids daily during the school year, and more than 200 during the summer.
NEW JERSEY
In summer 2017, Jeunesse Kids partnered with The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey
and raised $10,485 at Jeunesse University East for the Trenton Education Dance Institute,
bringing the gift of the arts to underprivileged teens in the local area.
TEXAS
After Hurricane Harvey devastated the Houston area in Aug. 2017, Jeunesse Kids donated
$25,000 USD to the Houston Independent School District (HSID) Foundation, which serves
more than 218,000 students. The contribution helped the foundation assist HSID student
families with obtaining basic needs such as food, water and shelter.
THE CARIBBEAN AND PUERTO RICO
In September 2017, Jeunesse Kids teamed up with Direct Relief to help fund health facilities
serving people in the Caribbean and Puerto Rico who were affected by Hurricane Maria.
The Jeunesse Family contributed $18,066 USD in funds raised during a Super Training
event in Cartagena, Colombia, and via the Facebook pages for Jeunesse Kids, Jeunesse
Global and Chief Visionary Officer Scott Lewis. Jeunesse Kids matched the total and
contributed an additional $18,066 to Direct Relief, for a total of $36,132.
