The Hype is a coffee shop that accommodate digital nomad to work here. the<br />
design itself is a schematic arrangement of table layout and simulation how<br />
to utilize a working space on 2nd floor since the owner needs to calculate<br />
between users activity and profit from coffeeshop.<br />

Prayer Hall + gathering space<br />

This Prayer hall is located in the middle of tight mass dormitory. As the old<br />
1 story building will be demolished, the client need to build a prayerhall<br />
(mushalla) in 2nd floor to create a public space that can be used by dorm<br />
occupants for gathering activity, as well as the 1st story that can be used for<br />
gathering activity for guest.<br />
I’ve made 2 option for variations<br />
in the building, for the client to<br />
choose,<br />
First with gate element from<br />
mecca that giving the sacred and<br />
rigid atmosphere<br />
second is an arrangement from<br />
tectonics repeated line which looks<br />
more of contemporary modern<br />
style.<br />

The goal of this project is to create a communicative picture to tell buyer what<br />
they will get with the design. The goal is accomplished by building certain<br />
picture with 2 type of building, first is 36 sqm building floor area the second<br />
is 46 sqm building floor area.<br />
By creating picture with color and scheme, buyer will<br />
understand more with what they will buy which is like an<br />
assurance of the product.<br />

This Little library is located in Gir Pasang, Klaten. This library is built by<br />
volunteer that donated their money and time to contribute in this project. me<br />
myself is contributing on how this library going to be built and make sure this<br />
library will accomodate their needs and stand still for a long time.<br />
This library is going to be build by people who don’t have skill<br />
and experience on construction before, so I need to make sure<br />
they have to understand the meaning of each drawing.<br />

minor. this project is to research at Resort on Kaliurang Region to calculate<br />
how the local wisdom architecture element appear as a marketing resource for<br />
resort marketing<br />
Using the TCUSM method (Adhi Nugraha,<br />
2010) we can identify what local<br />
wisdom elements are used for building<br />
construction.<br />
Then we can decide how far the local<br />
genius dominate a resort on kaliurang as<br />
a real estate marketing value.<br />
this paper itself is summarize in which<br />
elements are used by TCUSM method (Adhi<br />
Nugraha, 2010) and meaning exploration<br />
method for local wisdom (Revianto, 2000)<br />
to identified Local Wisdom on resort<br />
Elements.<br />
