How long before I can use my shower again?

No. In most cases tiles are not
the cause of the leaking
shower or balcony. The grout
and silicone joints are.
Therefore, AllSealedWA can
skilfully remove the
grout/silicone from the joints

How long does the service take to be completed?
A standard shower service can be completed in
approximately 3 hours. This time may slightly vary
depending on the scope of works required.

One of the most important aspects of a building is the

Faucet :-
One of the common causes for shower repairs is a
shower faucet or valve that leaks. You can end up

Why Shower Faucets Leak :-
When you have a shower head that is dripping, it is
because the shower faucet has a problem. Sometimes
the shower faucets can get blocked by deposits from
water or parts of the shower faucet may be rusty. It may
also be that the seals found within the shower faucet
are worn out.
The gaskets or rubber rings that are found between the
metal parts which move are prone to wearing down
and when this happens, water begins to drip. When you
have a dripping shower, make sure not to tighten the
valve handle too much as this can damage it thus
increasing your shower repair costs.
Repair Work :-
When conducting shower repairs, a plumber will
normally lay rags on the floor of the shower or the

Compression Valve :-
A compression valve or faucet is one which has two
valve knobs, whereby one brings in cold water and the
other one is for hot water supply. The washers and
rubber seals present in compression valves normally
wear out causing water to come through the movable
parts. A compression valve can be repaired by
disbanding the faucet and replacing the faulty
washers and rubber seals. The plumber needs a faucet
washer kit which has all the parts required for repair
work.
Delta Shower Valve :-
If the shower repairs involve a Delta shower faucet that
is leaking, the handle has to be removed to expose the
cartridge. The plumber then removes the cartridge
and cleans the faucet area with a rag to remove any
deposits. A new cartridge is firmly put in place and the
handle is placed back in its proper position.
