ADMISSION & SCHOLARSHIP
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Submit Application and $55 application fee at www.suu.edu/applyinternational.
2. Provide proof of English Proficiency via one of the below:
• TOEFL – 71 IBT or higher
• IELTS – 6.0 or higher
• iTEP- 4.1 or higher
• Successful graduation from SUU’s Intensive English Program or other approved English
language program.
3. Submit transcripts from each high school, college, and university attended.
• HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS – 2.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 U.S. scale.
• TRANSFER STUDENTS – 2.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 U.S. scale. Submit foreign college
transcript evaluation from an authorized service (www.globaleval.org, www.educei.com,
www.foreigntranscripts.com, www.wes.org).
4. Provide a copy of the first page of your passport (with photo).
5. Demonstrate funds are available for two academic semesters at SUU, verified by
a bank statement or other official documentation.

INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are given based on academic merit on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Not all students will be awarded a scholarship.
March 1st priority scholarship deadline.

$8,500 per year
$6,000 per year
$3,000 per year
*2-year scholarships available for transfer students
