A BLUE STORY –BASED ON A TRUE STORY

tells a little about the 409, Texas, native’s hard life struggle from being young
and growing up in as a juvenile going through incarceration in an adult
system.
He knows the pain and misery which can be heard as he pours it all out on
the track. This story is heart-felt and enlightening to everyone that his lyrics
speak to. His music shows how he is no longer that juvenile that walked into
trouble at an early age.

HOW TO “SHUT THE FEARS UP”?
Imagine calling the police on your angry girlfriend while running away from her with a cellphone
that you paid for with proof of the extra curricula affairs that were happening in her digital messages,
or “D.M.” only to have the police arrive and place you in hand restraints then into the back of the car
and charge you with Family Violence. To make bad matters worst, suppose you were taken before a
criminal court for the first time of your life, as a United States green card holder, during the 19 years
that you have been here from another country and given a bond that you could make if ICE did not
have a immigration hold on you due to your charge being a felony as opposed to a misdemeanor.
You would probably be filled with anxiety, questions and fears, right?
Before going any further let’s break down the fear of having to flee an angry woman that does not
want you to see the things that her and another man has been sharing among each other while being
in relationship with you, let alone having you possibly disgrace her before family members and
friends. Talk about having a problem on your hands.

First of all, the opposite of having a happy wife
and then supposedly a happy life, is having a
woman scorned. In fact, even the Bible says, hell
has no fury like a woman scorned. Therefore, this
even sounds as if having a woman scorned is
frightening experience that no man wants to
have on his hand, so to minimize the threat here
is foolish, in and of itself. Having to get to a point
where you are scared enough to run, let alone,
call the police is pretty bad because as a man you
run a risk of being ridiculed by even the officers
who show up. Then, there’s the thought of being
beaten up, shot or arrested simply based on the
account of the woman’s emotional distress and
negotiations, that is not to be made light of.
It may seem as though there is no clear and imminent
threat, nor danger here, but upon further investigation we can see the
amount of harm that could possibly be caused by a situation such as this one. Aside
from trying not to be attacked or labeled as a man that puts his hands on women,
maintaining your good name and upstanding image as a guy deserving to be a United
States resident after having 19 years without any problems with the criminal justice
system, becomes even more important to you. The greater issue with losing your
residency or having your green card revoked is that you can be deported back to a
country where your family and friends may no longer even reside; not to mention,
permanently away from your first born, month’s old child, after being found guilty
and possibly having to serve time in an American prison cell or jail block for months
to years before your departure.
Now that it is clear those are things that most sane men would like to avoid at all
cost, getting back to the mere thought of your supposed to be woman giving away
her love, attention and companionship to someone other than you. The fear of loss
and new love found is quite enough to be troublesome, but actually finding the proof
only adds more insult to injury; especially when you share a child and want to have
your family stay together so that you’re able to perhaps give a fatherly love you
weren’t in a position to receive from your own biological father.
I suspect this is more than anyone would ever wish to imagine or experience, but
what is a man to do once the unimaginable has become his current reality? How
does he “Shut The Fears UP”? Is there away to study self, and remain loving or “Be
The MODEL” that other men can respect and follow which even makes sense in an
era where men are often seen in most cases as the attackers and aggressors?

Music artist, C-REALITY, otherwise known as, Curtis Jones, is on a mission to inspire
change in the community by bringing a message not only lyrically, but as well, with his
clothing line. He is promoting a new spirit with his SEE ME DOING GOOD fashion
statement, which calls people to prosper and challenge themselves to do better by
evolving mentally, emotionally, financially and spiritually.
The artist knows what it is to grow from bad to good, having lived a street life and witnessing
all of the painful experiences associated with hood life. Today he spends his
time trying to create awareness by taking the time out to work with others in the community
promoting peace, love and self-respect.
C-REALITY MUSIC shares some of the testimony of survival in the Houston, Texas,
streets where he has gained lots of knowledge and wisdom from in his younger years.
Seeing reality as it really is now he uses his voice of reason to say to everyone willing to
listen that there is a better way.

WHO IS DR. LISA J. MOORE?
Dr. Lisa J. Moore
CEO Liam Moore Associates
Has 20 years of Software Engineering experience, including web
designs, social media development and training and logo
presentation. Ms. Moore is the founder of Liam Moore
Associates and her first business SIGE Consultants in 1989,
which supplies data retrieval services, hardware installation and
sales, network server to server installation with software
security features.
Ms. Moore has been a professor at several business schools,
including Davenport University. Dorsey Business School
Internships at GM University and Wayne State University. Ms.
Moore’s Private Tutor Services have helped students with an
interest in math, science and engineering and most recently
Robotics Engineering has sent students to competitive
championships in the Greater Detroit Area, in which many
students go on to do internships with major engineering and
automotive companies.
Lisa’s drive is rooted in family and the example her family set as a pioneering man of color
who became one of the first and top engineers in the company that he worked in at a time
when this was unheard of. She decided to carry the baton and continue to build the legacy
that he started. She had a dream to be apart of the Houston community as she is a Detroit
native and it manifested. She now is a Houstonian planting the seeds of her legacy here.
