A) Campaign Period

B) Eligibility
This campaign is opened to:
• All AIA Life Planners
• All licensed AIA PRS Agency Leaders (Unit Managers/District Managers)

1. Submitted applications must be successfully captured by 29 th March 2019. Incomplete or
rejected applications which have been subsequently rectified after 29 th
categorized as delayed submissions and will NOT be counted towards the campaign.

2. All contributions have to remain invested with AIA PRS for at least 1 year. Commission will be
clawed back if withdrawal is made within 1 year of contribution.
D) Production Credit Calculation
1. All PRS contributions will be given 10% production credit (TPC).
2. To be capped at 30% of Non-Life Limit of Total PRS Contribution for Life Convention.

E) General Provisions
1. Only new business cases originally credited to a PRS Consultant will be counted. Transfer
of cases from one PRS Consultant to another, will not be allowed at any stage.
2. Termination or resignation of PRS Consultants during the campaign period will not be
allowed to participate in the campaign and their rewards’ entitlement will be forfeited.
3. Rewards won by qualifiers are not transferable unless specific provisions are indicated.
4. The Company’s decision on any matter concerning these rules is final.
5. Results verification process will begin for a period of 2 weeks after the final results are
released. Any requests or appeal after the verification period will not be entertained.
6. Rewards will be provided after the campaign period ends.
7. The Company reserves the right to make any amendments to the existing rules &
regulations, as and when it is deemed necessary.
8. The Company reserves the right to perform verification and audit on qualified PRS
Consultants within or after the campaign period. Qualifiers who are found to have
manipulated the campaign, will be subject to appropriate actions by the Company and
may be banned from any future campaigns for up to 6 months.
