Verandas: Covered and uncovered verandas are fitted with frameless glass balustrade of price €110/m + VAT. The balcony glass is MU 585 laminate clear glass of 12mm \<br />

thickness. The uncovered verandas and roof garden of the entire floor apartments will be covered with concrete and steel structured pergolas as per plans.<br />

Insulation: The building is insulated against damp with damp proof membrane on all concrete surfaces exposed to earth plus on all balconies and roof.<br />

Thermal Insulation to the latest Cyprus Regulations is achieved as per plans using primarily 30mm hollow thermal blocks and inflated polystyrene on all exposed<br />

concrete surfaces.<br />

Plumbing and Solar Heating: European standard system for hot and cold water supply, with solar panels at roof level. Separate reserve water tank with pressure pump for<br />

each apartment. Manifold to sanitary fittings is all pipe-in-pipe.<br />

Air-conditioning and heating: Air-condition provision with full piping installation for all bedrooms and apartment living areas. Provision for storage heating for all<br />

bedrooms and apartment living areas<br />

Electrical Installations: Compliant with 17th Edition of IEE Regulations for Electrical Installations and the Cyprus Electricity Authority specifications. Telephone and<br />

television sockets in all bedrooms and living rooms. Electricity and television sockets in the entire floor verandas and roof garden.<br />

External clading: High quality, weatherproof material on external walls to match 3D-renders. HPL on external facade as shown on 3D-renders.<br />

Garden and Entrance Lobby: Garden area lead by solar lighting on both sides of the path leading to the building entrance. Video Entry Phone at the entrance connected to<br />

all apartments. Entrance lobby designed with false ceilings and LED spot lights automated by motion sensors.<br />

Parking and Storage: Automated motion sensor lighting provided to all parking areas. Covered storage areas with lighting are provided separately for each apartment.<br />
