Mobile Asphalt Drum mix Plants are ideal for road contractors who need to
make high volumes of hot mix asphalt without compromising on the standard
issue. Stationary asphalt mix plant means the customer can station the
plant at one place and forget it. The Asphalt Drum mix Plant by Atlas
Technologies can then endlessly serve the customer with high volumes.
Several of our existing customers do road work and generally choose to sell
the hot mix. The management panel’s ability to store large number of mix
recipes make the work easier for the asphalt plant operator. The control
panel is with user friendly software making the operation smooth.
We manufacture asphalt mixing plants – drum type in capacities 40 tph to
120 tph. Capacities above 120 tph are available on request. Our plants are
designed for those contractors who are looking for a reliable machine which
can serve them for years to come.

Aggregate Feeding System:
Built on a rugged structure.
Frequency controlled drives to regulate flow of aggregates individually.

Charging Conveyor:
Charging Conveyor is fully covered to minimize dust.
Charging Conveyor is for transfer of cold aggregates to the drum.
Charging Conveyor is equipped with load cell for weighing the aggregates.
Drying and Mixing Drum:
Uniform heating and mixing a single drum.
Insulated by 1206 degrees Celsius heat resistant cera wool. Stainless steel
covered.
Intelligent flights increase the efficiency of the drum and help in saving fuel.

Multi Fuel Burner:
Multi fuel burner: Diesel and LDO. Optional FO.
Low noise burner is capable to heat aggregates effectively.
Mineral Filter Unit:
Compressor for smooth flow of minerals.
Vibrating screen for removal of blockage in the path to aid free flow.
Fuel Tank For Dryer Burner:
For feeding the dryer burner.
Comes equipped with pumping stations.

Asphalt Storage Tanks:
Bitumen tanks are fully insulated.
Available in various capacities.
Load Out Conveyor:
Load out conveyor is fully covered and equipped with heat resistant belt.
GOB hopper holds hot mix asphalt and avoids segregation while changing
trucks.
Hot Mix Storage Silo:
Storage silo is insulated from all sides.
Available in various capacities.

Pollution Control System:
Collects heavy dust from the drying drum and treats it to cyclonic effect to
settle it.
Compliments the secondary dust collector.
Secondary dust collector: Bag house filter/wet dust collector.
Works in sync with the dry dust collector to settle the dust.
Control Panel / Control cabin:
User friendly software. Operation in auto and manual mode.
Pre-installed and factory tested.

Control cabin is insulated.
