<strong>Emmanuel</strong> <strong>Dei</strong>-<strong>Tumi</strong> is one of Africa’s most respected<br />
authors, Motivational speakers and corporate trainers<br />
on the subject of thought Leadership, Creative<br />
Entrepreneurship, Customer Service and the development<br />
of emerging young African leaders. He is the Founder<br />
and Chief Executive Officer of the Future Leaders Group,<br />
a financial, Youth Development, Properties and Human<br />
Capital development focused Business entity.<br />
<strong>Emmanuel</strong> has over twenty years of experience in the design<br />
and implementation of human potential Development,<br />
strategic Leadership and business start- up modules,<br />
consulting for private and public sector Institutions<br />
including international development agencies.<br />
He has very strong leadership skills, and a knack for helping<br />
to developing the next generation of African’s young<br />

Service Architectural development, Strategic Leadership<br />

<strong>Emmanuel</strong> has also pioneered the establishment of a<br />
number of enterprises and organizations including the<br />
Foundation for Future Leaders International, The Future<br />
Leaders Investment Microfinance Limited, PENT Asset<br />
and Wealth Management Ltd., and the Human Capital<br />
International. <strong>Emmanuel</strong> has received several awards<br />
including the Millennium Excellence Award (Inspirational<br />
Category), Goodwill Ambassador for Prosperity for Africa<br />
<strong>by</strong> the African Heritage Society in South Africa.<br />
He is also the proud winner of the 2014 Roger Nzaba<br />
Foundation Award based in South Africa for selflessness and<br />
Integrity. He has also been endorsed as Young Professionals<br />
Role Model in Youth Empowerment and Development <strong>by</strong><br />
The Young Professionals Youth Coalition Initiative.<br />
In 2013 he was inducted <strong>by</strong> the West African Nobles Forum<br />
as a noble for being an eminent West African who upholds<br />
the virtues of integrity, honesty and Accountability.<br />
<strong>Emmanuel</strong> in 2014, was also appointed as a global<br />
Ambassador for the promotion of human dignity and<br />
sustainable livelihood <strong>by</strong> the African Rights Initiative<br />
