Hello Readers! Welcome back to the first Primary Times magazine of 2019! We hope that you had a lovely Christmas break full of festive activities, and have had a fantastic start to the New Year. This half-term can be a little tricky with the short days and heavy weather, so it’s important to stay busy with fun things to do that will keep the whole family smiling! Our What’s On Where pages are filled to the brim with a huge range of activities for your little ones. We’ve got everything from craft clubs to family gardening. We always make sure to include lots of events that are free or low cost, so you can fill your schedule worry-free. Our Box Office pages are also packed with family-friendly shows; don’t forget to book in advance with the host venue! Additionally, there are some exciting national days coming up: the Chinese New Year is on 5th February, Valentine’s Day is on the 14th of February, Pancake Day is on the 5th of March, and Mother’s Day is on the 31st March. Be sure to keep an eye on our events pages for any special events related to these – they only come around once a year!
