Article 180 - Paragraph 1<br />

In addition <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> cases provided <strong>for</strong> under<br />
<strong>Rules</strong> 118(5), 119(5) and 179, <strong>the</strong> vote<br />
shall be taken by roll call if this requested<br />
in writing by a political group or at least 40<br />
Members <strong>the</strong> evening be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong> vote<br />
unless <strong>the</strong> President sets a different<br />
deadline.<br />

by secret ballots without prejudice <strong>to</strong> <strong>Rules</strong><br />
15(1), 199(1) and 204(2), second<br />
subparagraph.<br />
Amendment<br />
In <strong>the</strong> case <strong>of</strong> appointments, with <strong>the</strong><br />
exception <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> election <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> President<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Commission, voting shall be by<br />
secret ballots without prejudice <strong>to</strong> <strong>Rules</strong><br />
15(1), 117(2), 199(1) and 204(2), second<br />
subparagraph.
