A <strong>delegate</strong> can, view mailbox, reply emails, manage contacts, and<br />

A <strong>delegate</strong> can’t change the <strong>account</strong> passw<strong>or</strong>d, <strong>Gmail</strong> settings,<br />

send <strong>or</strong> receive chat messages.<br />

HOW DO I ADD A DELEGATE IN<br />

GMAIL?


IF YOU ARE NORMAL GMAIL USER YOU<br />

CAN ADD 10 DELEGATES WITH YOUR<br />

ACCOUNT. IF YOU'RE USING GMAIL VIA<br />

THE BUSINESS, COMPANY, YOU CAN<br />

ADD 25 DELEGATES WITHIN YOUR MAIL.<br />

and click on send email <strong>to</strong> grant access.<br />

Step 8: Now the user email you added as a <strong>delegate</strong> will get<br />

an invitation email asking them <strong>to</strong> confirm. This process<br />

<strong>to</strong>ok up <strong>to</strong> 24 hours <strong>to</strong> add them as a <strong>delegate</strong> after the user<br />

confirms the email invitation.<br />

NOTE: The email invitation link sent <strong>to</strong> the user will expire after 7<br />

Days <strong>or</strong> week.


<strong>How</strong> <strong>do</strong> I remove a <strong>delegate</strong> in <strong>Gmail</strong>?<br />

Step 1: On your browser, log in <strong>to</strong> <strong>Gmail</strong> <strong>account</strong>.<br />

Step 2: At <strong>to</strong>p right c<strong>or</strong>ner, tap on the Settings icon.<br />
