ÇİĞ KÖFTE PARTY
I’d like to thank 8A/B class for this delicious recipe.<br />
INGREDİENTS:3 big onions, lemon juice, 5-6 cloves garlic,oil, fine bulgur, salt, hot pepper,<br />
hot pepper paste and tomoto paste.<br />
Chop the onions. Then, take them with bulgur in a large mixing bowl. Rub the mixture<br />
between in your palms. Add pepper paste and tomoto paste, hot pepper,salt. Keep rubbing<br />
all the ingredients in between in your palms and add hot water. Keep kneading about 30<br />
minutes and make sure the bulgur is soften enough. And then ,add garlic,lemon juice,oil into<br />
the mixture as well. Knead for 15 minutes and then place them right inside your palms<br />
sequeze gently to give the right shape. Serve with lemon and lettuce.<br />
