Monthly Payment Plan<br />
In an effort to assist students with tuition charges, the College offers an interest free<br />
monthly or annual payment plan administered by FACTS Tuition Management Company.<br />
The plan allows the student to fulfill their financial obligation to the College by automatic<br />
electronic processing of installment payments. There is a per semester or an annual<br />
enrollment fee for this program. More information can be obtained from the Business<br />
Office or on our website by accessing the FACTS/QuikPay link.<br />
Comprehensive Student Services Fee<br />
The mandatory $5.00 per credit hour fee is charged to all students enrolled in credit<br />
courses fall, spring and summer semesters. It entitles students to attend Student<br />
Government Association sponsored events for little or not cost.<br />
Academic Instruction Fee<br />
A fee will be charged for all Laboratory/Clinic/Practicum/Co-op/Internships or other similar<br />
experiences. This will be added to the normal tuition charge for that course. This fee will<br />
be charged to all students with no exceptions. No other lab fees are permitted without the<br />
written authorization of the Chancellor of the Community College System of NH. See the<br />
College Catalog for more specific information on current tuition and fees.<br />
Nursing Clinical Fee<br />
All nursing students taking clinical courses will be charged a nursing clinical surcharge<br />
of $350.00 per semester. This surcharge is designed to assist in covering the increased<br />
expenses associated with clinical classes. This fee is in addition to the lab fee.<br />
Refunds for Tuition<br />
Students who officially withdraw from the college or an individual course by the end of the<br />
fourteenth (14th) calendar day of the semester will receive a 100% refund of tuition, less<br />
non-refundable fees. Students in classes that meet in a format shorter than the traditional<br />
semester (15-16 weeks) will have seven (7) calendar days from the designated start of the<br />
alternative semester to withdraw for a full refund. If the seventh (7th) or fourteenth (14 )<br />
calendar day falls on a weekend or holiday, the drop refund date will be the first business day<br />
following the weekend or holiday. Exception: students in courses that meet for two weeks<br />
or fewer must drop by the end of the first day of the class in order to get a 100% refund.<br />
Students must submit a signed Course Drop/Withdrawal form to Registrar’s Office prior<br />
to the refund deadline to qualify for a refund. This policy applies to all semester length<br />
and alternative semester formats. Non-refundable fees are defined as advance tuition,<br />
application fee, and orientation fee. All other fees are to be considered refundable. This<br />
includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive student services fee. All Federal Title<br />
IV Funds (i.e. Pell, SEOG, Perkins Loans, Stafford Loans) are prorated and refunded<br />
according to the rules and regulations mandated by the US Department of Education.<br />
Students registered for workshops through the Division of Continuing Education or Office<br />
of Business & Industry Training must withdraw in writing at least three days prior to the<br />
first workshop session in order to receive a full refund of tuition and fees.<br />
In extenuating circumstances, the President (or designee) is authorized to offer alternative<br />
