My partner and I started RE/MAX <strong>State</strong> <strong>Line</strong> with a goal of providing<br />
Real Estate Agents with a positive and uplifting environment, a strong<br />
support staff and the tools and technology necessary to achieve their<br />
business goals.<br />
I’m most proud that we have agents that have been with us over 30<br />
years and have achieved financial independence. Not to mention those<br />
agents who have retired successfully and are enjoying their retirement<br />
years.<br />
There have been many changes in the Real Estate business through the<br />
years, but the constant has been the individual Real Estate Agent. It’s<br />
still exciting to help young agents who are beginning their careers and<br />

Founded in the fall of 1983, RE/MAX <strong>State</strong> <strong>Line</strong> is the longest lasting office in our area. In<br />
2013, RE/MAX <strong>State</strong> <strong>Line</strong> merged with RE/MAX First and moved to our current location at<br />
11251 Nall Aveune in Leawood, KS.<br />
In 1983, Greg Franklin recruited Scottie Broderick; she later became a partner in 2000.<br />
The office began with 8 agents in total: Scottie Broderick, Joe and Diane Schloegel, Melanie<br />
McGraw, Que Que Ward, Marilyn Dugan, Cindy DiCianni and Doug Wasson. These loyal<br />
agents have been with us for decades. We pride ourselves in the retention or our agents. It’s<br />
more than just an office, it’s a home!<br />
We believe Real Estate is a career. We strive to provide a positive, upbeat and friendly<br />
environment that fosters maximize earnings, creating a net-worth for each and every agent,<br />

Jacklyn Gomez is RE/MAX <strong>State</strong> <strong>Line</strong>. Jacklyn joined RE/MAX<br />
<strong>State</strong> <strong>Line</strong> in 1998 as a Listing and Transaction Coordinator, then<br />
Office Administrator, to her current position as <strong>State</strong> <strong>Line</strong>’s noncompeting,<br />
Supervising Broker. Jacklyn received her Real Estate<br />
License in 2006 and her Broker License in 2013. She is very<br />
knowledgeable and always willing to take questions. You are her<br />
priority. She is very involved with <strong>State</strong> <strong>Line</strong> and is a key componet<br />
