Mike & Kristi Roth - Lincoln, NE<br />
Mike and Kristi are honored to be hosting the<br />
11th annual Agent Incentive trip! They are<br />
looking forward to meeting some new faces this<br />
year, and welcoming back the veteran agents!<br />
Outside of the office, they keep busy with their<br />
three kids and their activities. Dominic is a<br />
junior, Isaiah is a freshman and Isabelle is a 5th<br />
grader. As a family, they enjoy golf, hunting,<br />
baseball, trap shooting and volleyball.<br />
The Necessities<br />
Sunscreen and suglasses are a must! Don’t forget your camera or<br />
phone (don’t forget the charger!), the scenery and culture is something<br />
that you’ll want to remember! Be sure to bring a sweatshirt or light<br />
jacket for when it cools down at night.<br />
Pack lightly, one large suitcase with a carry-on is ideal. Casual wear is<br />
perfect, but please bring something that is a little nicer to wear during<br />
the SIM Awards dinner.<br />
Todd & Lisa Brauch - Lincoln, NE<br />
Todd is our COO and Life and Annuity<br />
Specialist. He has been in the insurance<br />
industry for 31years. Todd and Lisa have<br />
been married for 24 years. They have two<br />
sons Matthew (22) and Justin (20). Todd and<br />
Lisa like to travel and keep busy with the<br />
kid’s bowling tournaments.<br />
Nikki & Terry Dolan - Lincoln, NE<br />
Nikki joined SIM in April of 2017 bringing with her<br />
over 10 years of office and account management<br />
experience. She and her husband, Terry, have<br />
been married 19 years and have two children<br />
Kyle (17) and Cori (16). Together we love to ski in<br />
the winter and camp in the summer. In her spare<br />
time, Nikki enjoys playing volleyball, attending<br />
their children’s athletic events and spending time<br />
with friends and family.<br />
The Weather<br />
April is a pleasant time to visit Riviera Maya, Mexico. The average<br />
temperature is 78°F. During this month, highs of up to 84°F are<br />
the norm, cooling down to around 73°F. With around nine hours of<br />
sunshine each day, the average sea temperature is 80°F.<br />
The Currency<br />
There will likely be a place to exchange dollars for pesos at the resort.<br />
But your local bank might have a better exchange rate. Also, most<br />
merchants will accept U.S. Dollars, traveler’s cheques and major credit<br />
cards.<br />
The Dress Code<br />
Resort casual by day, resort elegant by night. While the sun is up, your<br />
shorts, tank tops, swim suits, short-sleeved shirts, sun dresses and<br />
light slacks are perfect attire. As the sun sets and you set out to enjoy<br />
the evening, proper attire is required (although elegant dress shorts<br />
are permitted in some restaurants).<br />
