Bathroom
• Purchase soap scum and mildew removers and use them liberally. Do not clean bathroom directly
before showing as chemical orders can be overwhelming.
• Thoroughly clean mirrors, glass, chrome and porcelain surfaces.
• Remove stains from sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.
• Clear clutter from the top of the countertops.
• Place all bodily care articles out of sight.
• Keep all toilet seats closed.
• Update towel bars and faucets, if necessary.

• Turn on all outdoor water features
• Vacate the property while it is being shown
