Bournemouth who have been providing a reliable coach travel service 

for over twenty years. 

Known for our high standard of service and competitive pricing we 

are happy to give advice in the planning of your journey including risk 

assessment and, where applicable, school organiser safety information. 

We are your local, national and international travel 

specialists and our service is ideal for both contract 

and private hire. Having invested in fl eet upgrades 

over the past few years we can offer a range of 

standard, executive and luxury coaches meaning 

that with our extensive fl eet we expect to meet all 

your travel needs. Of course all our coaches are 

fi tted with fully operational seat belts.

Our Drivers 

Our drivers make your coach travel memorable, whether it be a day 

trip, tour or special occasion. Many of our customers who return year 

after year request the same driver. 

Our drivers have a wealth of experience and knowledge gained 

over many years in the coach industry, they are all highly trained and 

familiar with all aspects of current driver’s legislation.

Safet y 

Safety is our highest priority and we ensure all our 

vehicles are well maintained and inspected on a 

regular basis so maximising safety and comfort. 

Our commercial garage is a local independently owned company that 

specialise in maintenance and repair of PSV vehicles. The 24/7 service they 

offer is exceptional and ensures that our fl eet is kept at the highest possible 

standards at all times. 

All our vehicles are fitted with a live tracking system with which we are able to 

monitor route efficiency and current road conditions. In case of emergency 

we have a 24 hour hotline which is monitored by an operational manager. 

All our vehicles are fi tted with CCTV multi-camera systems that cover 

internal and external angles of the coach.

Enjoy a relaxing coach tour around the local area for an hour, 

with informative commentary from your friendly driver. Stop off at the Laguna 

Hotel where you can enjoy afternoon tea with freshly made sandwiches, cake 

and scones and tea/coffee. After tea, we will return you to your drop off point.

destinations of interest for you, but if the trip of your dreams is not listed 

please tell us and we shall see what we can do! 

Booking your excursion is easy. We take bookings over the phone on

We accept cash, cheque, credit/debit card for payments. 

With our friendly, knowledgeable team of drivers you are sure to have a 

great day out when you travel with us. If you have a group of friends that 

you wish to travel with, we shall give you a complimentary place with 

bookings of over 10 people. To make your day run even more smoothly we 

can, at no extra charge, come and collect you from your chosen pick up 

point. Please note that in order to make pick-ups more effi cient and time 

effective, we may use multiple vehicles to minimise your travelling time.

This capital of west Flanders is well known 

for its cobbled streets, medieval buildings 

and navigable canals. There is a large 

central town square surrounded by some 

imposing Flemish style buildings. Well 

worth a visit. Passport is required. This is a 

long day out. 


Torquay 

Numerous shops, restaurants and a 

marina are to be found in this very 

popular coastal town. The area is 

referred to as the English Riviera and 

the seemingly usually milder winter does 

support the growth of some palm trees.

Set in 36 acres of the south downs 

national park features a narrow-gauge 

railway and a bus service around the site. 


Cambridge 

Famous University city known for its

Taunton Steam Railway 

Coach to Bishops Lydeard then steam 

train to coast at Minehead. A delightful 

trip through lovely countryside stopping 

at several tiny stations on the way. This is 

one of the longest preservation railways in 

Britain. Spend some time in Minehead then 

return by train to Bishops Lydeard where 

your coach will meet you return you to 

Bournemouth. A long day!

General 

Prices shown are for coach travel 

only, unless stated otherwise. We 

allocate seats on our day tours, if 

you do require a specifi c seat we 

will try to honour this. However, we 

do reserve the right to change your 

seat should the circumstance deem 

it to be necessary. We make every 

effort to carry out the Day Tours & 

itineraries as advertised, but reserve 

the right to change stopping places 

and routes without prior notice due 

to circumstances out of our control. 

The company also reserves the 

right to cancel any Day Tour due 

to insuffi cient demand. All tickets 

must be paid for in full at the time 

of booking, Please note that if 

separate pick-up points are booked 

and we add another coach due to 

high demand, there is a possibility 

you will be travelling on separate 

coaches. Please note any child 

travelling who requires a booster or 

car seat this must be provided by 

the adult travelling with them. 

Payment 

Full balance is required upon 

booking all Day tours we accept 

Cash, Cheques, Debit Cards and 

Credit cards. We do not surcharge 

card payments on day tours. 

Refunds & Cancellations 

If the company cancels any Day 

Tour, a full refund will be made to 

the customer. In the event of our 

customers cancelling where the 

company has already purchased 

tickets, cream tea’s etc. we can 

only refund the coach travel. The 

following cancellation charges shall 

apply. 

14 - 28 Days - FULL REFUND 

7 - 13 Days - LESS 50% FROM 

ORIGINAL TICKET PRICE 

Under 7 days - NO REFUND 

Credit Notes 

Credit Notes can be issued in place 

of a refund; however, the above 

charges apply. Please note all tickets 

can be transferred to future trips. 

No Show 

In the event that on the day of the 

tour customers cannot make it, we 

kindly ask you to please call in to 

inform us of this so as the tour driver 

and passengers are not waiting. 

Please contact 01202 767022 to 

inform the offi ce of this. If you do not 

arrive at the designated pickup point 

the coach will depart and no refund 

will be given. 

Seats 

Seats are allocated on a fi rst come 

fi rst served basis so if you would like 

a specifi c seat please book early to 

avoid disappointment. 

Group Bookings 

Groups of 10 or more will receive one 

seat free, however, where admission 

is included the customer would pay 

this part of the price. A 50% deposit will 

need to be paid when booking the 

group on to the tour with the remaining 

balance to be paid 7 days prior to the 

day tour date. If the group require an 

alternative pick-up to our allocated 

points, we can try to work this in with 

the allocated pick-ups. However, if this 

is not possible the group would need 

to get to one of our allocated pick-up 

point’s. 

Gift Vouchers 

We sell gift vouchers in the following 

denominations: £5.00, £10.00, £20.00 

or £25.00. Gift vouchers make ideal 

Birthday, Anniversary or Christmas 

presents, or even just as a gift to 

say thank you to someone. Please

for more information or to purchase. 

Return Times 

We are able to give estimated 

times for the day, although due 

to unforeseen reasons like traffi c 

holdups we are not able to give 

defi nite times. The intention is for 

passengers to enjoy a pleasurable 

day out, so if you are meeting friends 

at the destination please remember 

we do not have any specifi c time 

for arriving. Please call the offi ce for 

more details on your selected day 

trip. Your driver for the tour will be 

pleased to give more information 

on the day. 

Lost Property 

We keep a record of any items that 

are found on our coaches, so if you 

think you may have left anything 

on the coach don’t hesitate to call 

the offi ce. We keep all lost property 

for 3 months until disposal, unless 

perishable / food stuffs then it is only 

24 hours.
