TERMS & CONDITIONS<br />
for Day Tours & Excursions<br />
General<br />
Prices shown are for coach travel<br />
only, unless stated otherwise. We<br />
allocate seats on our day tours, if<br />
you do require a specifi c seat we<br />
will try to honour this. However, we<br />
do reserve the right to change your<br />
seat should the circumstance deem<br />
it to be necessary. We make every<br />
effort to carry out the Day Tours &<br />
itineraries as advertised, but reserve<br />
the right to change stopping places<br />
and routes without prior notice due<br />
to circumstances out of our control.<br />
The company also reserves the<br />
right to cancel any Day Tour due<br />
to insuffi cient demand. All tickets<br />
must be paid for in full at the time<br />
of booking, Please note that if<br />
separate pick-up points are booked<br />
and we add another coach due to<br />
high demand, there is a possibility<br />
you will be travelling on separate<br />
coaches. Please note any child<br />
travelling who requires a booster or<br />
car seat this must be provided by<br />
the adult travelling with them.<br />
Payment<br />
Full balance is required upon<br />
booking all Day tours we accept<br />
Cash, Cheques, Debit Cards and<br />
Credit cards. We do not surcharge<br />
card payments on day tours.<br />
Refunds & Cancellations<br />
If the company cancels any Day<br />
Tour, a full refund will be made to<br />
the customer. In the event of our<br />
customers cancelling where the<br />
company has already purchased<br />
tickets, cream tea’s etc. we can<br />
only refund the coach travel. The<br />
following cancellation charges shall<br />
apply.<br />
14 - 28 Days - FULL REFUND<br />
7 - 13 Days - LESS 50% FROM<br />
ORIGINAL TICKET PRICE<br />
Under 7 days - NO REFUND<br />
Credit Notes<br />
Credit Notes can be issued in place<br />
of a refund; however, the above<br />
charges apply. Please note all tickets<br />
can be transferred to future trips.<br />
No Show<br />
In the event that on the day of the<br />
tour customers cannot make it, we<br />
kindly ask you to please call in to<br />
inform us of this so as the tour driver<br />
and passengers are not waiting.<br />
Please contact 01202 767022 to<br />
inform the offi ce of this. If you do not<br />
arrive at the designated pickup point<br />
the coach will depart and no refund<br />
will be given.<br />
Seats<br />
Seats are allocated on a fi rst come<br />
fi rst served basis so if you would like<br />
a specifi c seat please book early to<br />
avoid disappointment.<br />
Group Bookings<br />
Groups of 10 or more will receive one<br />
seat free, however, where admission<br />
is included the customer would pay<br />
this part of the price. A 50% deposit will<br />
need to be paid when booking the<br />
group on to the tour with the remaining<br />
balance to be paid 7 days prior to the<br />
day tour date. If the group require an<br />
alternative pick-up to our allocated<br />
points, we can try to work this in with<br />
the allocated pick-ups. However, if this<br />
is not possible the group would need<br />
to get to one of our allocated pick-up<br />
point’s.<br />
Gift Vouchers<br />
We sell gift vouchers in the following<br />
denominations: £5.00, £10.00, £20.00<br />
or £25.00. Gift vouchers make ideal<br />
Birthday, Anniversary or Christmas<br />
presents, or even just as a gift to<br />
say thank you to someone. Please<br />
phone our Offi ce on 01202 767022<br />
for more information or to purchase.<br />
Return Times<br />
We are able to give estimated<br />
times for the day, although due<br />
to unforeseen reasons like traffi c<br />
holdups we are not able to give<br />
defi nite times. The intention is for<br />
passengers to enjoy a pleasurable<br />
day out, so if you are meeting friends<br />
at the destination please remember<br />
we do not have any specifi c time<br />
for arriving. Please call the offi ce for<br />
more details on your selected day<br />
trip. Your driver for the tour will be<br />
pleased to give more information<br />
on the day.<br />
Lost Property<br />
We keep a record of any items that<br />
are found on our coaches, so if you<br />
think you may have left anything<br />
on the coach don’t hesitate to call<br />
the offi ce. We keep all lost property<br />
for 3 months until disposal, unless<br />
perishable / food stuffs then it is only<br />
24 hours.<br />

Our Days Out are not intended to<br />
be express bus routes and if you<br />
are intending to meet friends at a<br />
destination please be aware that<br />
all times and locations given are an<br />
approximation .<br />
Our drivers are constrained by<br />
various laws governing their driving<br />
activities and as such customers are<br />
required to abide by any instructions<br />
given regarding departure times etc.<br />
