When: Saturday, May 18, 20<strong>19</strong> 4:30 p.m.<br />

Where: Main Meeting Hall, <strong>Mar</strong>iposa Fairgrounds<br />

How:<br />

1. Register with Greg & Pam Short: Deadline of May 10.<br />

2. Determine what category your chili will be: Hot, Medium, Mild, Vegetarian.<br />

Requirements:<br />

1. You may register as a chapter, or as an individual. This can be done by email, or mail<br />

in your application.<br />

2. Bring your chili already cooked.<br />

3. Bring some type of utensil that is capable of heating up your chili, so that it is hot by<br />

4:30 pm on Saturday. (Crock pot or Instant pot, or other electric pot.)<br />

4. Commit to bringing 1 Gallon.<br />

5. Bring your own utensil to serve (small scoop).<br />

6. Be available to help serve chili for dinner. You will not be serving your own,<br />

however. It is a surprise!<br />

Judging: People’s Choice, takes home the prize!<br />

The State will provide the fixins (cheese chips, cornbread, and salad, to round out the meal.<br />
