In a nutshell the program enabled me to look at my personal<br />
and professional goals with objectivity. It created a sense of<br />
community between myself and fellow participants.<br />
My issue with being a woman in the corporate sector has always<br />
been about the lack of role models and the inability to identify<br />
with the current definition of leadership and progress. With this<br />
program I felt the challenges we face are genuine and we are<br />
not alone.<br />
