RAVAK Celebrates its 20 th Anniversary The Ravak Company was founded in 1991 in the Czech Republic and to this day it bears a name that reflects the names of their founders – Vareka and Kreysa families. Both families still run the company actively. Right from the beginning, the production outline comprised shower enclosures and shower trays. In 1993 the company started investing into their own technological development and as a result, they introduced a range of Supernova shower enclosures, which consumers still consider the most reliable shower enclosures on the market. In 1998 new acrylic bathtubs enhanced the RAVAK assortment and already in 1999 the company introduced another product, which soon dominated the domestic market with the bathroom equipment. Original design of the Rosa bathtub was also a result of their own development and thanks to its unique workmanship, it has become the best selling bathtub in Europe and won a lot of prestigious awards at many international fairs. Success of the Rosa bathtub directed the product development of the RAVAK Company to the way of practicality and design. For more than 10 years, RAVAK has been cooperating with leading local and foreign designers, who worked with brands such as Porsche, Audi, BMW, Adidas, Nike, Salomon and Hugo Boss, among others. This long-term cooperation resulted in Whitewater, Avocado, LoveStory, You, Magnolia, Evolution and Pivot products as well as in Praktik, BeHappy and Classic Concepts and mainly in a new item for the year 2011 – the Rosa 95 bathtub.
