We have carefully curated our events and added special 

amenities so that you are sure to have a unique and 

meaningful stay with us. With a 24-hour tea room filled with 

tasty treats, open bar nights, and both communal and private

YOUR ROOM 

Welcome to Pesach with Bordeaux 

at the Doral Arrowwood. We 

hope you thoroughly enjoy your 

accommodations; please call the front desk if 

you need any assistance. 

All rooms are equipped with a notepad. Any 

communications that need to be made with 

housekeeping can be left on the notepad. 

Please use them to inform the staff of any 

lights you wish to be left on or off so they can 

accommodate your wishes. Housekeeping will 

be checking the notepad daily. 

IMPORTANT! GUEST ROOM FIRE ALARMS 

ARE SENSITIVE! While showering, if there 

is an excessive amount of steam, the FIRE 

ALARM WILL BE TRIGGERED. 

The Doral Arrowwood is a SMOKE FREE 

FACILITY. A $250 room recovery fee will be 

charged to your room if the smoke alarm is 

triggered or if there is smoking in your room. 

BEDIKAS & BIUR CHOMETZ 

For early check-in Thursday arrivals, a 

kit has been included in your welcome 

bag with all you need to perform 

your own Bedikas Chometz in the comfort 

of your room. 

Biur Chometz will take place on Friday. 

Please check the schedule for details. 

CANDLE LIGHTING 

Candles are not allowed in hotel 

rooms or on dining room tables at 

any time due to fire code restrictions. 

In order to ensure the highest level of safety 

standards for all guests, we ask that you kindly 

use the Candle Lighting Station which will be 

available in the Main Lobby on the 5th floor. 

TEA ROOM 

THE SHUL 

Tea Room will be located in the 

Main Lobby on the 5th floor for 

your convenience. 

Two Shuls are located in 

the Amphitheaters on the 

4th and 5th floors. 

We are honored to host prestigious and well 

known chazzanim to enhance and uplift 

your davening experience. Chazzan Yossi 

Greenzwieg will be leading the Yom Tov and 

Shabbos Minyanim for Nussach Sfard. Chazan 

Aron Gerstel will be leading the Nussach 

Ashkenaz Minyanim. 

SHABBOS LOCKS 

All guest room doors are automatic 

card keys. We will be providing a hotel 

staff member to act as a Door Opener 

on each floor. They will be provided with a 

rooming list, so guests will just have to provide 

their name, and the opener will escort them to 

their respective room. 

SHABBOS ELEVATOR 

A hotel staff member will be manning 

the elevator on Shabbos and Yom Tov. 

DAY CAMP ROOM 

The day camp will be located in the 

Executive Center on the 5th Floor. 

For more details, please refer to the 

schedule portion of your program. 

SCHEDULE CHANGES 

Any programming or schedule 

changes will be noted at the 

front desk and on the door of the 

event room. Please make sure you are 

receiving email notifications as well. Email

DISHES IN ROOMS 

Under no circumstances should any 

dishes, glassware, flatware or other 

serving-ware be removed from dining 

areas or tearooms. If any of these items are 

removed then according to halacha they will 

have to be discarded and will result in a loss 

for the program. To-go containers will be 

provided at all times for your convenience; 

if you need further assistance, please inquire 

with your waiter. 

BIRTHDAY CAKES/ 

ANNIVERSARY CAKES 

To request a special occasion cake, 

please visit our Hospitality Desk in the 

Lobby during Registration Hours. 

Cost is $100 per cake. 

FLOWERS FOR SHABBOS 

All flower purchases have to be 

pre-ordered in advance before arrival. 

Orders will re-open for Second Days 

on Chol Hamoed. 

SEFORIM & MACHZORIM 

Please do not remove any Siddurim, 

Machzorim or Seforim from the Shuls. 

Haggados will be provided for use 

during the Sedorim. 

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX 

Each closet in your room is equipped 

with a safe for any valuable 

belongings. Pesach with Bordeaux 

does not take responsibility for any valuables 

left in hotel rooms. 

SWIMMING POOL 

The indoor and outdoor swimming 

pool will be available for use with 

separate swim hours for men & 

women during Chol Hamoed. Please see 

schedule for more details. 

A lifeguard will be on duty during all 

swimming hours. Please DO NOT send 

children to the pool without adult supervision. 

BUSINESS CENTER 

The business center is located on 

the 5th floor off the Main Lobby.

the duration of your stay. Please

Registration Desk located at the entrance to 

the Executive Center on the 5th Floor.

come first served basis and is intended 

for beginner players. Advanced or intermediate 

players should schedule their own private open 

court time.

Welcome to 

Camp Bordeaux! 

At Pesach with Bordeaux, we have put together a roster of funfilled 

activities for children of all ages to enjoy! Registration forms will be 

available at the Hospitality Desk in the Reception Area for those who 

have not completed registration prior to arrival; children will need to 

be registered in order to participate in any camp activities.

Regular Nights 5:30 PM - 1 AM. The 

babysitting fee will be $25 per hour for 

private or $18 per hour for semi-private 

with a 2 hour minimum. 

TRIP REGISTRATION 

Please register for the children’s trips 

planned during Chol Hamoed when you 

register your children for Day Camp. 

GAME ROOMS 

Arcades and Game Room will be available 

throughout Yom Tov. Board Games and 

children’s books will be available for 

check out during day camp hours.
