1. The Project<br />

The information what has been received by myself regarding the<br />

project, has been analysed and discussed over with my development<br />

team.<br />

We understand that it is a self-invoicing and credit collection program;<br />

that offers a more efficient way than the collection companies that are<br />

available in Norway.<br />

We have looked through your competitor websites, who provide this<br />

egeninkasso service and have concluded that we will gladly supply the<br />

web based program you require.<br />

We will supply a much more user friendly and enhanced program,<br />

which gives the customer more freedom to choose at which stage they<br />

would like to begin: whether it be from creating the original invoice or<br />

any of the other stages depending on their specific requirements.<br />

The program will be supplied with the following language choices,<br />

Norwegian Bøkmal and English, (Norwegian being the default) all<br />

documents compiled by the program for sending will be in both<br />

Norwegian and English – We can also add as many additional languages<br />

as you require.

3. Program design & functionality<br />

The program itself is to facilitate the full procedure on behalf of the<br />

customer, with as little effort and input as possible by said customer.<br />

The customer can start at any stage of the process depending on what<br />

suits them, missing out the early stages from the initial invoice and<br />

reminder if necessary - therefor giving full control to the customer.<br />

The timeframe for each part of the process is programmed to either<br />

alert the customer, generate a PDF ready for print or a finished printed<br />

copy through Google cloud print, for example - as well as an email<br />

option, again down to the customer’s preference. These preferences<br />

will be controlled by each individual user of the program.<br />

The customer can manually input the necessary data when either the<br />

customer has paid or appealed, therefore stopping the automated<br />

process.<br />

4. Graphical design and overall look<br />

We will present several design looks, all with customisable colours and<br />

fonts, which can be fine-tuned by your customers to their own personal<br />

taste, should they so wish.<br />

The design will be perfectly synced with the beautifully presented<br />

graphical interface for the customer’s ease of interaction and use.


5. API integration<br />

We will link the appropriate registers for the input data of the<br />

company’s registration number or an individual’s social security<br />

number using API integration (API keys needed for the necessary<br />

registries).<br />

6. Delivery date<br />

During the progress of the project, we will furbish you with test<br />

programs for you to try and approve.<br />

We approximate a total of 6 weeks from project start to finish,<br />

therefore delivering a complete and fully functioning product by the<br />

end of May.


7. Project costs<br />

From the information received by you regarding your 300,000NOK<br />

budget, we will be able to supply you with exactly what you need, also<br />

a much easier to use and much more attractive interface than your<br />

competitors.<br />

Having the edge on your competitors is a great way to promote your<br />

new system.<br />

In order to start the project we will need a deposit of one third of the<br />

budget - 100,000NOK: which is to be paid at your earliest convenience:<br />

once you have decided to move forward with the FLOW project.<br />

We guarantee not to exceed your budget of 300,000NOK: more than<br />

likely we will finish the project well under budget – “HAPPY DAYS”
