TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS
All orders are accepted on the understanding that prices applicable on date of despatch will be
charged and unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoicing.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Title in all Goods supplied by Abal shall remain the property of the Company until all sums due
in respect of them have been fully paid to the Company.
TRANSFER OF RISK
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods transfers to the customer on delivery.
VAT
All prices on our price list are VAT inclusive and will be shown separate on all invoices.
GUARANTEE
All products in this catalogue are automatically covered by a three year guarantee from original
delivery date, subject to normal use. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear or
any damage to the Goods as a result of misuse, vandalism or neglect. Repairs or replacements
will be made at Abal’s discretion.
CLAIMS
Claims in respect of damages or non-delivery can only be entertained if a note stating same is
made on the delivery docket. Damages must be reported to Abal Sales Desk with 48 hours of
receipt of goods. Damaged goods may be refused on delivery and contact with the Company
made immediately.
RETURNS
A return charge of 15% will be made to cover collection and administration costs in the event of
product being returned due to over ordering or incorrect ordering. Customised units and boards
are non-refundable.
