Steeped in history, Globite is an Australian brand
first founded by iconic luggage manufacturer
Ford Sherington. Famed for their school cases,
carried by legions of Australian children
throughout most of the 20th Century, Globite
is now recognised as a leading manufacturer
of travel bags and accessories throughout the
world.
Established in 1911 during a time of huge
development for Surry Hills, The Globite brand
quickly gained notoriety for their patented fibre
luggage as well as sporting goods, including
cricket pads, golf bags and footballs, and
gaiters used by Australian diggers during World
War I.
By the mid-1920s, the factory had become a
stalwart of the Sydney manufacturing industry,
providing jobs for over 400 employees. Fast
forward to today, the Globite head offices are
still located in Sydney, made up of aclose-knit
family of 200 people. Just like our predecessors
we continue the passion for creative design,
manufacture, supply and distribution. With our
end goal the same - to cater for a traveller’s
every need.

Renowned for our bags, cases and packing
solutions, the Globite Bags & Accessories range
caters to the needs of every type of traveller.
Our best-selling packing cubes and cases are
ideal for keeping your luggage organised and
accessible, whilst fold-away backpacks, toiletry
bags and carryon approved travel kits make
travelling a breeze.
Globite also produce an extensive range of
essential accessories, including luggage covers,
travel weighing scales and bag tags in a variety
of eye catching styles and prints.

Wellbeing
As seasoned travellers ourselves, we understand
the importance of personal comfort and
wellbeing on every journey. Ensuring you get
plenty of rest en route to your final destination
staves off tiredness and jet lag, meaning you
can enjoy your trip from the moment you touch
down.
Snuggle up with soft-to-the-touch sleep
socks, slippers and blankets, and block out
unnecessary distractions with eye masks and
earplugs, before getting some
shut-eye with our neck pillows. An essential
travel accessory, our neck pillows are available
in a range of patterns and fabrics, including fun
travel buddy versions for the kids.

From universal travel adaptors through to phone
chargers, as well as less obvious items such as
airline headphone adaptors and waterproof
phone cases, our range of electrical travel
accessories will ensure your transition from
one place to the next is as straightforward as

Globite offer one of the widest varieties of
electrical travel adaptors on the market,
including inbound adaptors in varying sizes, as
well as outbound adaptors suitable for use in
USA, Canada, China, Japan, UK, Europe, India
and South Africa.

help to identify the destination easily and
quickly, the perfect solution for the busy traveller.

Security
Globite’s extensive range of Security products
and accessories have been designed to offer
peace of mind on every type of journey.
We offer a variety of locks to suit every type
of luggage, as well as a number of Transport
Security Administration (TSA) approved locks.
TSA approved locks may be opened by a
universal master key (held by the TSA), and all
genuine TSA approved locks are identifiable by
markings showing they can be opened by the
master key.
Globite also produce a number of Radio
Frequency Identification (RFID) blocker
accessories. These prevent personal information
from being read and captured from devices
such as passports and credit cards, protecting
the user from the risk of fraud and identity theft.

Travelling as a family is all about making happy
memories, which is why our range of fun kids

Made from soft fibres that are gentle on delicate
