Well hello!<br />

Just a quick introduction!<br />

Currently in my fourth year, Masters Academy with Melbourne's The Coaching<br />

Institute I found my passion in Marketing, or Messenger Marketing to be more<br />

specific.<br />

As a single parent and entrepreneur for over 10 years my goal is to help others<br />

achieve success in their business quicker than what I ever did.<br />

I had a Wellness business which I founded and ran with other practitioners for<br />

eight years (2010-2018) where I practiced Feng Shui, Chinese Astrology &<br />

Meditation.<br />

My Networking for Small <strong>Business</strong> group has been going since May 2018 and<br />

Sharkie Marketing came about only recently and this is where I will be<br />

concentrating the majority of my efforts!<br />

If you're an entrepreneur, feeling overwhelmed perhaps by all the different<br />

moving parts of a business let's stay connected. I've some programs and<br />

packages that could really help get your business up and running (almost on<br />

auto!) in the very near future.<br />

Achievements & Acknowledgements<br />

At the end of each quarter it's super important to take time to reflect on your<br />

achievements and successes from the previous quarter. By NOT doing so<br />

means we can easily think that we didn't achieve anything, we can move into<br />

self-doubt, begin to think we're never going to make it work and we don't<br />

create a record of success.<br />

It could be a really BIG success like running an event or signing up 20 new<br />

clients, or something smaller, like, you set up a mail out system, or that you<br />

now have a Facebook business page.<br />

Your one or two New Quarter Wig/s<br />

Now it's time to set your one or two Wildly Important Goal/s for this quarter, or<br />

more commonly referred to as WIG. These WIG/s have to relate back to your<br />

Yearly WIG. We keep it to one or two so that we stay focussed.<br />

If you're working to the Calendar Year, this is your second quarter. If you're<br />

working to the end of the Financial Year, this is your last quarter of the year.<br />

How are you going to end it? How about with one last big final push?!<br />

Reflect on;<br />

What are you going to keep doing? ie it worked well, it's sustainable and brings<br />

you some kind of reward.<br />

What are you going to let go of? ie it was time-consuming, has a low ROI<br />

(return on investment), didn't really connect to your audience etc.<br />

What are you going to do that's a bit pee your pants hairy scary? This is the<br />

one that moves you out of your comfort zone. Growth and all good things<br />

happen once we're outside our comfort zone, if we don't stretch ourselves<br />

nobody else will. Perhaps it's committing to doing a weekly FB live? Or<br />

starting your own FB group? Maybe it's implementing a new marketing<br />

strategy? Is it promising to visit one new networking group a week?<br />

When you're writing this one out, write it as if it's already been achieved, for<br />

example;<br />

"It's 30th of June <strong>2019</strong> and because I committed to and delivered value on my<br />

weekly Facebook lives, joined a networking group, committed to 20 hours of<br />

marketing a week, and studied Sales, I have increased my subscriber list to<br />

1350 and my number of current clients to 25 which enabled me to earn an<br />

income of $30k this quarter.<br />

What are my daily/weekly &<br />

monthly constants?<br />

Now you have a target (WIGS) and know what you're aiming for your next step<br />

is to map out over the next <strong>90</strong> days, or 13 weeks what has to get done and by<br />

when. Consider the structures you need to have in your business to achieve<br />

your WIGS. A structure is having the structure in place so this allows you to<br />

implement quicker. Structure is knowing your packages, having your<br />

platforms (website, auto email, etc) operational. It's creating systems and<br />

checklists that lets you sit down and batch your work (i.e. create a month's<br />

worth of posts in 3 hours instead of it taking time each day equalling more time<br />

being spent on it than 3 hours). These are the resources you need to have at<br />

your fingertips to enable you to get on with the job!<br />

And then considering how you're going to structure your month, week or day.<br />

Here are some examples of how I structure my <strong>90</strong> days;<br />

The last day of each week I do my Finances and fill up my car. The last day of<br />

each month I do my end of month finances. Every Sunday I put aside <strong>90</strong><br />

minutes to plan out and know what I'm doing the following week. Every<br />

Wednesday I have time to create work I've promised. Every week I spend 22<br />

hours on marketing. Each day, I stop around mid-day and take my dog for a<br />

walk - it's good for both of us, it clears my head and allows me to start<br />

something new when I return. The last week of each quarter I begin to reflect,<br />

review and reset for the next <strong>90</strong> days. The second week of each month I<br />

make sure I take time to create and schedule content for the following month.<br />

There are many more that I do, including morning and evening rituals. By<br />

having constants in my life, it cuts down the amount of time I spend fluffing<br />

around, wondering what I have to do next and flitting from one thing to<br />

another. Remember, when you're creating them, do so with your Wig/s in<br />

mind. Everything you do is for the sole purpose of achieving your Wig/s.<br />

Now it's your turn to create as many constants as you can and stick to them<br />

throughout the next <strong>90</strong> days.

Thinking about what you've created and are committing to in the previous<br />

pages, it's now time to map out what has to happen in your business over the<br />
