INTRODUCTION
This series of booklets are intended to give inspiration and
guidance to those searching for something spiritual. It does not
matter what you may be searching for because there will likely
be something for everyone to find. There is a message for
everyone who wants to listen, but if there is anything that does
not sit comfortably with your reasoning or logic, then reject it.
The booklets run in conjunction with a YouTube channel
(Inspiring insights to spiritual life), with recordings of topics
from exerts of the books, but more importantly this may be a
great opportunity to open the channel for live sessions for
anyone who wishes to engage in discussion, with questions,
doubts or curiosities, to participate. Everything shared here has
been given freely and will be shared freely. It belongs to
everyone.
There is a small price to produce the booklets, which has been
kept to an absolute minimum, anything that remains is then
used towards projects to help anyone in need as a joint project
with organisations or individually.
Anyone wishing to engage in projects to help anyone who has a
need of the fundamental basics to live day to day, for any

eason, feel free to put forward any suggestions and if the
channel or the sale of the books can help in anyway then the
purpose of the books will go a long way to being fulfilled.

CHAPTER 1
The power of Love!
J
UST A TINY FOUR-LETTER WORD which is the most
powerful word in our vocabulary and the Universe. It
literally is the meaning of life. It is the fundamental natural law
of knowing what is right and what is wrong. The divine love
which we all have, it is a part of us, and is the part of our
Creator within us. It is the light within us that can never go out,
however bad we think life can get, it can never leave us
whether we choose to use it, show it, feel it or not.

Love has no boundaries, no restrictions and no limits. It
manifests itself through our compassion, tolerance and
selflessness which is its true form, love is pure and powerful,
we all have this.
Sometimes, we look around and see the mess we have made
for ourselves on our own planet, our home! and wonder what
went wrong, how did we allow things to get this bad and how
can we undo the damage we have done to ourselves, each
other and the planet? It can be difficult to imagine how and
where to start but let us do just that. There is nothing in this
world of matter that we cannot overcome, especially, when we
are joined together as one. Imagine that we are all facets of a
beautiful diamond and when we all join together, we form a
beautiful gem.
Nothing exists that is more powerful than the force of love
when joined together as one, it is undoubtedly more powerful
than the forces of destruction that led us into this mess in the
first place. There is nothing more powerful than love, nothing
can stand up to it or destroy it and we all have it in abundance.
Many of us have experienced times when we have opened our
heart and it has been challenged, knocked, abused or used and
this has made us more cautious and guarded, we have
hardened and become cynical in some cases to try and protect
ourselves, we hide it or prefer not to show it for the fear of
being hurt and sometimes, we deliberately deny it and appear

cold hearted, but deep inside the light never goes out and the
flicker of warmth is still there. We need to learn to release it
and spread it around so we can all feel the healing benefits.
So many conditions and untruths have been forced upon us for
decades, through scare mongering and threats of punishment
if we do not tow the line, and now, we have the internet and all
that goes with it, which is huge. Looking at the positive side it
has allowed us to reach out much further than ever before, we
see, hear and talk about what is going on from a vast expanse
of sources and the planet has suddenly become very small. It
gives us many opportunities to engage with our brothers and
sisters and to learn an immeasurable amount of knowledge and
share experiences. However, from the negative side, there are
so many more control opportunities over us and brainwashing,
with fake news and scams, among a multitude of so many
opportunities which are not intended for the good. We have
become suspicious, untrusting, disrespectful, and downright
rude. We make judgements and accusations against one
another without even meeting each other, we have become
blind. We have forgotten how and what we should do, our
purpose and how we can live our lives in harmony and
happiness with each other again.
LOVE changes impossible into possible, if there were such a
thing as miracles, it would surely perform them, it is the
ultimate power over everything. We are talking about the love
of mankind, this is not the love of a nation or a race or a

condition, this is selfish love. True love, divine love is the love of
all, there are no boundaries, restrictions or limits. The colour of
a person’s skin or the language they speak should not get in the
way or be judged as better or worse, we are all one, we are all
connected, and we all have the same purpose and that is to
truly understand who we are and where we come from. Our
purpose is to love one another and all that surrounds us, the
birds, the trees, the oceans, these are all part of the natural
laws and our mission is to immerse ourselves in nature and live
on this planet selflessly with love in our hearts, our motives
should be to live in harmony, balance and happiness, this is our
mission our purpose.
If you see one of your brothers or sisters living in darkness, for
whatever reason, it is not for you to judge them, rather, show
them the light, give them water to quench their thirst, food to
stave off the hunger pains, shelter from the elements, it
matters not, how you serve the Creator and his children as long
as you serve to the best of your ability. With the pure love and
motive in your heart. There is nothing more powerful than to
serve the Creator with love and when you do you will feel the
surge of power within you that leaves you in no doubt of who
you truly are and where you come from. We all have this, but
we do not all trust our faith to recognise it.
Remember! showing love is free, it costs nothing.
Unfortunately, sometimes we allow ego, pride, fear, selfishness

and arrogance, get in the way and allow these undesirable
emotions to rule our characters to the point that we, actually,
hurt ourselves more than those we probably intend to hurt.
This, in itself, when you look at it, is pretty senseless and has no
useful meaning to our own life and those of our brothers and
sisters. Where is the positive in this kind of behaviour?
We were given this beautiful planet to use as our home while
we learn the lessons, we came here in the first place to learn.
One of those lessons is to love each other and serve the
Creator by helping and looking out for each other and being
kind and compassionate to one another. This could truly be a
paradise, our very own garden of Eden, but instead we chose
to destroy each other and the planet, why?? Is it really so
difficult for us to not judge one another and show compassion
instead of being hostile!
Allow yourself to feel the power from within and you too can
move mountains.

Chapter 2
It is never too late!
W
E CANNOT EVEN BEGIN to count the cost of the
damage we have done through wars, abuse,
corruption, greed and selfishness. We show no concern of what
one generation will leave for the next, the lack of compassion
and respect is beyond comprehension.
It is easy to think that the problems and damage are far too big
for us to reverse and repair because the finger of blame comes
out and it is much easier to blame others, whether it be those in
power positions or those who just shout louder, but we are all

to blame to one degree or another. If we stop and look within,
we are many and we are one, if each one of us does our best to
our individual abilities, with love we become whole and the
force of the whole easily out numbers the few that we are
allowing to lead us into areas that we actually do not want to
go, especially once we see the damage it causes and we begin
to individually feel its devasting effect on all of us and our
surroundings.
It maybe quite difficult to imagine our single little voices being
heard against the noise and chaos of the forces leading us into
the chaos but imagine when all our little voices becoming one,
there are many more one’s than there are forces against us. We
do have a voice and we do have the power of love that is the
strongest force there is. Nothing is more powerful than love
and we all have divine love, all we need to do is move as one.
Our single voices were heard well enough to put these forces in
place, we contribute to the negative forces in control. If we are
forceful enough to create, we are forceful enough to change.
Our tendency is to complicate things and create our own
obstacles just because we think too much, instead, try to think
with the clear simplicity of a child and those obstacles are no
longer there, baby steps cover a lot of ground because the way

is clear. As adults we have been conditioned to fulfil certain
responsibilities, for our so called, own and society as a whole,
but these do not need to rule our lives, our lives do not have to
be controlled by them, they have a place and if we only give the
minimum time warranted to fulfil our responsibilities and free
up more time to be happy, relaxed and free to do the things
that you have the right to enjoy, wouldn’t a great movement
already take place. We can lift our heads up high, take a deep
breath and feel the power inside and let those around us see us
shine, believe me it is infectious, before you know it you will be
spreading that divine love and others will feel the benefits,
infect them it is with the purest [disease] you could ever
imagine.
We have been conditioned to judge one another and through
this judgement we decide who we choose to include or reject,
yet often we judge from just a tiny window of what we see and
that, we believe, allows us to jump to conclusions and label our
fellow brothers and sisters. Labels are just a language, but they
have far reaching effects, some we consider good and others
bad. Yet we do not know anywhere near enough to have the
right to judge anyone. We do not know or see the big picture.
When you consider that our life here is just a brief blink of an
eye when you compare it with eternity.

Some of us take many reincarnations before we learn the
lessons we are here to learn, this is probably not the first time
you have been here, and it is probably not the last. Do you
remember what you did the last time you were here? We all
have past experiences, and nothing is wasted, or goes
unnoticed. We all sin, of course we do, if we did not sin, how
can we learn the difference between right and wrong but some
of us take longer than others to learn these lessons. Every sin
has a price, which only we can pay, and none go unnoticed as
are the good deeds we do with love for these the rewards
come.
Jesus did not come to wipe our slate clean of sins, far from it,
he came to show us how to live with love for one another, in
harmony, balance and peace, where there is no need to sin
because we have everything we need and has been given to us
freely, enough for everyone, when shared. A priest cannot
wash away our sins by dripping water on us, it was water when
he put it in the font and it is still water when he drips it on our
heads, he cannot change its chemical composition. These are
just interpretations taken from the bible to elevate a few into
powerful positions and condition us to follow certain
rules/creeds. The truth is the truth, it cannot be changed or

manipulated to suit our needs or anyone else’s, we all know
what is right and what is wrong.
When you interact with others you are aware of the effect you
have because your motive or intention is known by you before
you act, therefore, if you know that an action or words are
going to have a negative effect then you are responsible for
what you have caused and only you will pay the penalty of
breaking a natural law. However, if you have a kind heart and
your motive is from love then even if sometimes the effect may
not be desirable your actions are done for the right intention
and then there is no penalty and moreover, if your action is to
help bring someone out of darkness and see the light whether
you visually see the effect immediately or not the reward is
yours because you have done the very thing you are here for,
to serve the Creator by helping and loving his children. Nothing
is wasted and nothing goes unnoticed.
You are you and you have the power inside of you, there is
nothing on this planet that you cannot overcome.

Chapter 3
Who is God?
G
OD, OUR CREATOR, Allah, Dios, The Great White Spirit,
these are just labels we use for recognition. Whatever
label sits comfortably with you is the best one to use, for me
personally I prefer The Great Spirit because this for me is who
God is, he is spirit, as are we, he is eternal, as are we, he is us, as
we are him, he is the great architect who created the Universe
and all the natural laws that govern it, which are perfect. The
part of the Great Spirit that is within us, is perfect, however, we
are imperfect because we also have free will and because

perfection comes from imperfection, it is our responsibility
while on our eternal journey to strive for perfection.
Think about the religions that worship one God, there are
many, this one God is our Creator and he created us in love, so
much love that he gave us part of him so that we have divine
love, “The Kingdom of Heaven is within”, but we also have free
will and we can choose to do the right thing or the wrong
thing. Does it sit comfortably with you that our loving Creator
created us to then separate us, favour one over another and
destroy ‘some’ of us? Those in powerful positions like to think
they can convince us that our Creator does just that. All you
need to do is look around you at all the wars going on in almost
every part of the World. Stop and think why these wars exist,
there are two main reasons, which are territorial based and/or
religious based, both of these stem from greed and power or
control. Does it really make sense that God chose one race to
occupy the land of another race to the extent of inflicting
abuse, oppression, displacement, cruelty and in many cases
genocide or ethnic cleansing. These people are brothers and
sisters they are not enemies, but they have been manipulated
into believing that they are because so called restricting creeds
decided that the bible says so.

The bible is a good book, but our life is not written within it, the
bible has been tampered with to suit those who want to
control us. There are many valuable messages written in the
bible but many of those messages have been twisted and
misinterpreted from their original meaning and it is not difficult
when you read it with your own heart to recognise those that
have been manipulated because you have your own bible
already written in your own heart, you know the bible already,
you were born into this World with it already installed, but it is
not labelled as the bible, they are the ‘natural laws’ which are
inherent within you, they are part of you.
Look at some of the stories written in the bible and come to
your own conclusions. Remember if anything does not sit well
with your reasoning or logic, then reject it.
If God made marriage a condition that humans must abide by,
then why is there a difference between the fertility period of
men and women? Did Adam and Eve have a wedding
certificate? If we are to believe we all started from Adam and
Eve then did they not commit incense, which we have been told
in no uncertain terms is against the law. You may be thinking
here that the ten commandments say it is wrong to commit
adultery, and you would be right in thinking that way, but

‘adultery’ is another label, if you take away the word ‘adultery’
and replace it with ‘it is wrong to commit a wrong’ to your
brother or sister, then already within you, you know that to
destroy someone’s love whether they be a partner, sibling,
child or animal, is wrong. Do unto others what you want others
to do unto you. The word ‘adultery’ was not written on the
tablet that Moses carried down from Mount Sinai because
Moses did not carry down any tablets only the messages that
he received. Moses was a teacher, like Jesus and many others,
they came to show us how to live our lives with love for one
another, with no judgements or discriminations. Does it not
occur to you that the famous story in the Bible of Moses and
the ten commandments is a message rather than a literal action
that happened. I do believe they are still looking for the Arc of
the Covenant!!
The bible is a good book, but it is also a book that is the source
of many wars. The messages in the bible are there to guide us
how to live our lives with love and to love our brothers and
sisters, not for man to take and twist the written words into
man made laws to benefit the few, giving them the power to
rule us.

Of course, we need to have laws to live by, there are many of us
sharing Earth and respect for one another is a must or we
would just exchange one chaos for another. But again, Love is a
law in itself and if every time we interacted, helped, served and
looked out for each other, we did it with love in our hearts,
then we would be a long way towards living in a peaceful,
caring, loving world where there were not a few with too much
and many with too little.
If our commandments included, love one another, do not judge
one another and share with each other, our garden of Eden
would flourish again.

Chapter 4
Cleaning out the closet.
W
HY DO WE BELIEVE WE NEED to build treasures
here when we already know we cannot take them with
us? We live in a very materialistic world and to a degree we can
forgive ourselves for succumbing to the temptations that
bombard us from all directions. But like the Buddha story the
demons are also within us and we need to fight with them to
keep them at bay and clean out our inner closet, because they
are clever, and we have been conditioned to accept them.
Human emotions are strong, and it takes a big effort to deny

them but deny them we must if we are going to strive for
perfection and saturate the world with love.
We live much of our life here in ignorance far from the
harmony, peace and love that we search for. We can build our
characters by learning lessons and caring for each other and
our treasures will be waiting for us. Whether you believe in a
next life or not, it still cannot make sense for us to collect
treasures here knowing we cannot fit them in our coffin and
take them with us. How many times have you witnessed or
heard of, when material minded people pass away leaving
valuables, in many forms, whether it be precious jewels, land,
bricks and mortar or companies, to their loved ones, their
relatives? In many cases this separates the families and
friendships because the human emotions of greed, selfishness,
pride, jealousy etc, encourage them to fight among themselves
and consequently they fall out, they separate, they do not bring
together and bond.
Each person has their own journey and they will have their own
lessons to learn, they are responsible for building their own
character, you cannot solve their problems for them, what you
can do is support them through kindness and love, but the
problem will always be theirs to solve. You have your own

problems to solve and nobody can solve them for you, this is
part of the learning process we are here to fulfil.
To learn about spirituality is like unlearning everything you
know and then start learning from a clean slate with no
preconditioned theories, habits or conditions. Habits are the
hardest to unlearn as we do tend to be creatures of habit, they
appear to give us that comfort zone where we feel safe and
change is an alien word. But when you do eventually let go of
them, love fills them with abundance, once you feel that power
of love that is yours and is part of our Creator, there is nothing
that can get in your way except yourself.
Sometimes, you just need to be in a quiet place and look at the
sky or the landscape or a bird or a flower and lose yourself in it,
let yourself go and feel all the stress, worries and pain go, let
them flow out of your body and release you, set you free. Be
that bird or flower or ride those beautiful waves, be free. You
are entitled to be happy and free. Try to not think beyond the
moment as tomorrow will bring new obstacles to occupy you,
they will come whether you try to control them or not, so don’t
waste precious time thinking about them. Use the time to enjoy
your heritage, be free, be happy.

Chapter 5
The journey.
W
HEN YOU CHOOSE TO FOLLOW this journey, which
it is a wonderous journey, to begin with you feel
exposed and you tend to feel a little vulnerable because it is
new territory but there are many, more than you can ever
imagine, on the same journey as you, you are not alone and as
you take each step, learn each lesson so your confidence grows
and as your confidence grows you feel the true power within
you and that power is the love you have inside of you that you

need to give your fellow brothers and sisters because by giving
you are feeding that love and it just keeps growing until there is
no room for any of the old emotions and habits you carried
around with you. All that heavy baggage will drop away, and
you will get lighter with each step that you take until you feel
like you are flying, walking on air or even water, there is
another powerful message from the bible, when Jesus walked
on water. Your spirit is indestructible, it is eternal, it cannot die,
it can walk on water. Your body is your vehicle, it is matter, it is
not eternal and provided you take care of your body as you
would your vehicle it will last you for as long as your spirit
needs it. Your faith is what supports you.
This is where you want to be and this is the journey to take you
there but that does not mean you will not come across
negative people still and obstacles that challenge you and
temptations to try and take you away from your journey but
these are the lessons that build your character and ultimately
are the true you.
This is when you start to realise what is and isn’t important and
how worthless the things that you believe are treasure now,
here, are so meaningless. When you can serve without ego and
love all of mankind without conditions. When you give without

expectations of receiving. When you can meet people without
judging them or discriminate. This is love, this is freedom, and
this is who we really are.
Try for yourself, the next time you use public transportation,
feel that light shining bright inside of you, you want to stand on
top of the mountain and shout to everyone else to join you.
Step onto the train or bus and when you see all the other
passengers buried in their silent mobile device world, without
even an upward glance, say good morning/afternoon and smile
let that light inside shine because everyone will see it, you will
become infectious, all around you others will want what you
have and you will have sown your seed because most of those
people will reach their destination with thoughts and feelings
that they have probably never felt or not in a long time.
Brighten up their day it costs nothing. Infect them!
Can you now imagine if we all felt this way and we all loved
each other this way, then, we truly can move mountains
because we are all one and joined together, we are a powerful
whole.
We can stop wars, we can all live equally with food, shelter,
water and love in peace and tranquillity. We can have our
garden of Eden. We just need to love, with the motive and

intention to serve. While there are those with too little and
those with too much, peace and harmony cannot thrive.
