10th ANNUAL SPRING FAYRE<br />
Our Annual Spring Fayre will take place on Saturday 11th <strong>May</strong><br />
at Old Schools, Church St., as usual, and of course, as always -<br />
Free Entry! Tables remain at £8 for small and £12 for large and<br />
are selling fast, so please book early to avoid disappointment.<br />

Tickets for our “Grand Spring Raffle” with many excellent prizes,<br />
are on sale now at the surgery and will be drawn at our Spring<br />
Fayre.<br />
MISSED APPOINTMENTS - SADLY CREEPING UP AGAIN!<br />
A slight increase in GP but NURSES figures are disappointing<br />
31 patients did not attend their doctor’s appointment and 49<br />
did not attend their nurse’s appointment! Still 80 wasted<br />
appointments and time costing the NHS approx £12,800.<br />
So Please remember -Don’t need it? Cancel it! By phone, text<br />

“FRIENDS AND FAMILY” SURVEY<br />

SURGERY CLOSURE DAYS<br />
Please note that the surgery will close at 12.00 Midday on the<br />
following days for the purpose of staff training: Wednesday<br />
15th <strong>May</strong>; Thursday 27th June; Wednesday 24th July.<br />
BANK HOLIDAYS<br />
The surgery will be closed all day on: Monday 6th and Monday<br />
27th of <strong>May</strong>. Please ensure you have sufficient medication to<br />
last you during these periods, and of course, please don't forget<br />
to include all the family who may need medication and also<br />
check when their “Medication Review” is due.<br />
Should you need to see a Doctor when the surgery is closed,<br />
please call the NHS 111 Service via the normal surgery number<br />
8<strong>213</strong>33 where you will be transferred automatically, or you can<br />
call direct on 111, to receive non-urgent confidential health<br />
advice and information for all the family, available 24 hours a<br />
day, 7 days a week. For urgent/life threatening issues, dial 999<br />
as normal.<br />
