York University International Student
Scholarships
• Scholarships and bursaries offered by the York University greatly
facilitate Study in Canada for International Students. To be eligible, an
electronic Student Financial Profile (SFP) needs to be submitted.
• The York University Automatic Entrance Scholarship is a merit-based
award renewable for up to 3 years, which does not require an
application.
• Scholarship amounts vary from $500 to $14,000. York University
Continuing Student Scholarship is for students who have achieved
outstanding academic success in the previous Fall/Winter and Summer
sessions.

University of Waterloo Entrance
Scholarships
• These scholarships are for students starting full-time first-year
degree studies. Separate applications are not required for these.
• Examples include Merit Scholarship and President’s Scholarship
awarding $1000 and $2000 respectively.

Brock Scholars Awards
• Specific to those attending Brock University, all incoming
students entering their first undergraduate program are
automatically considered for these awards.
• Based on the academic percentage, the total scholarship
amount varies from $4000 to $16,000.
