The County of Stettler No. 6 Public Works Department will manage the vegetation
along all County roads subject to the following:
• The County of Stettler reserves the right to manage the vegetation
along the road slopes.
• Residents will be permitted to hay the remainder of the road
allowance under the following conditions:
• Haying must be completed by August 1 of the year the hay was cut.
Bales are to be removed within 48 hours of baling.
• Residents must notify the County Public Works Department of their
intention to cut the hay by June 15 in writing annually, before
commencing.

to transfer or grant an estate or interest in land for less than its market value, the

parcel to be sold as one in the Hamlet of Nevis for $10,100.00 plus G.S.T. and the
cost of transferring the title at Land Titles on an “as is, where is” basis.
