Spatula Fleece (Glass fibre fleece) 

The open-pored Spatula Fleece is made of high-quality glass fibres and ensures 

smooth and even ceilings and walls in the indoor area. 

It is ideal for the reinforcing of plaster surfaces, egalizing of rough surfaces and the 

covering and preventing of fine cracks. The material is dimension-stable and easy to 

process. Depending on the processing, the Spatula Fleece can be used on sustainable

Reveal beads 

Reveal beads 

The best window is not efficient without a tight connection! 

To ensure a faultness function of the profile connectors on window and door frames, the connection must be 

done corectly. Window- and doorframes have to be fixed in accordance with the latest state of the art, inadmissible 

movements must be excluded. It has to be guaranteed by the ETICS-processor that the connection of 

the window-, door and frame-constructions is protected against driving rain. The plasterer also has to establish 

a connection according to the latest state of the art (inside tighter than outside).

Processing in overview: 

1. Bond-Test (testing of the bearing capacity)

6. Press the reveal bead into place 

7. Watch out for the overlap of 10 cm (textile) 

8. Affix the protective foil for the window

1. Clean the surface (degrease with citrus cleaner on page 21) 

2. Glue and press a profile piece with at least 10 cm length 

3. After 10 minutes waiting period, carefully remove the profile 

4. If the adhesive contact surface is at least 80% and the break is in the foam strip, the Bond-Test was 

successful 

5. If the Bond-Test was not successful, treat the surface with bonding agent (Primerpen, page 20) and start 

a new test!

The RENANO Insulation Filler is 20-30 times more efficient than EPS! 

With an application of the RENANO Insulation Filler (nanotechnology) for your interior walls, your walls will 

be pleasantly warm and reflect the warmth. The insulation filler material has a very low heat conduction 

coefficient of λ = 0.0016 W / (m. K) and in combination with the reflection properties (no cold radiating of 

the walls) allows a uniform distribution of the temperature in the room. The walls coated with RENANO 

Insulation Filler become warmer and thus prevent condensation and mold formation. The insulation filler 

material is ready to use and can be processed with a structural roller, trowel or pump (please dilute with 

water).

RENANO Primer Plaster

x-tools presents with the TRIPLEX LED 360° the work light of the future! 

Due to the new geometry, the light is distributed evenly in the room, without aggressive point lighting. 

The nearly shadow- and glare-free light supports the user perfectly during his work. 

In spite of the small size, the Triplex LED fills big rooms with a brightness, which has so far not been available 

on the market. The impact-resistant lamp body made of polycarbonate has a great stability due to its 

3 rubber feet. The lamp can also be used in a suspended installation via the robust bracket. If you turn the 

TRIPLEX upside down with our tripod, you reach a radial (38 m) emergency lighting with 1 Lux over a surface 

of 4000 m2. With all these characteristics, the x-tools TRIPLEX LED 360° floodlight is perfectly suitable 

for the construction site as well as for industrial assemblies, aid organizations, disaster reliefs, parties, tent 

events, emergency lighting, replacement for illuminated balloons etc. TRIPLEX LED 360° has more than 

threefold luminosity compared to a 360° floodlight with a 200 Watt light bulb. The innovative floodlight is 

set up quickly without warm-up time, doesn´t need cooling time, can be transported easily and switched

You want another air cock ? No problem - please have a look on page 153! 

Change the type, but please stay at the same size (1/4“ or 3/8“).

Styrofoam cutter POWERCUT VARIO XXL 

for the professional cutting of insulation boards made of styrofoam. Frame extendable 

from 81 to 137cm cutting length. Small and compact for the transport but also 

suitable for large insulation boards. The wire is fixed with a tension pulley, so the 

length can be continuously adjusted. Due to the large add-on parts (left side 81cm, 

right side 91cm) and the depth stop, the boards can be perfectly cutted. 

Slope cutting device integrated ! The integrated pedestal allows comfortable upright

gelten auch dann, wenn der Vertragspartner eigene, abweichende Bedingungen mitteilt, ohne dass dagegen von uns ein ausdrücklicher Widerspruch erfolgt. 

1. Preise 

Die angegebenen Preise verstehen sich, wenn nicht anders vereinbart, per Kassa, netto ab unseren Niederlassungen, exklusive Verpackung und Verladung, die Verpackung wird zu 

Selbstkosten in Rechnung gestellt und nicht zurückgenommen. Preisänderungen welche durch vom Auftragnehmerwillen unabhängige Umstände bedingt sind, wie Preiserhöhung bzw. 

Preissenkung durch Vorlieferanten, Gesetzesänderungen, behördliche Verfügungen, neue Kollektivvertragslöhne sowie grundsätzlich all jene Umstände, die von außen auferlegt werden 

und zwischen Vertragsabschluß und Lieferung bzw. Rechnungserstellung eintreten, werden weitergegeben, sofern zwischen Auftragserteilung und Lieferung mehr als zwei Monate liegen. 

Diese Bestimmung gilt sinngemäß für Wechselkursschwankungen, Materialkostenerhöhung und Reduktion aufgrund von Empfehlungen der Paritätischen Kommission oder aufgrund von 

Änderungen (Erhöhung oder Senkung) der Weltmarktpreise für Rohstoffe, welche Auswirkungen auf die verwendeten Materialien haben. 

2. Lieferzeit 

2.1 Die angegebenen Liefertermine sind annähernd, aber für uns unverbindlich. Wir können daher wegen Überschreitung der Lieferfrist in keiner Art für entstandenen Schaden und entgangenen 

Gewinn haftbar gemacht werden. Wir sind berechtigt, Teil- und Vorlieferungen durchzuführen. Der Übergang von Gefahr und Zufall erfolgt mit der Aushändigung an den Kunden oder 

den Frachtführer bzw. Spediteur, wenngleich wir diese mit der Lieferung beauftragt haben. 

2.2 Auf “Abruf” bestellte Waren sind längstens innerhalb von zwei Monaten, vom Datum der Bestellung an, abzunehmen. Nach Ablauf dieser - oder einer etwa im Einzelfall vereinbarten kürzeren 

oder längeren - Frist steht uns das Recht zu, nach unserer Wahl die Ware zu liefern oder vom Vertrag zurückzutreten und jedenfalls Ersatz für erlittenen Schaden und entgangenen Gewinn zu 

fordern. 

2.3 Ist der Vertragspartner ein Konsument im Sinne des KSchG, so gilt der Absatz 1 nicht, sondern ist dieser berechtigt, nach Überschreitung der Lieferfrist von 14 Tagen vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. 

Für Schäden aus einem allfälligen Verzug haften wir nur bei grober Fahrlässigkeit oder Vorsatz, sodass der Ersatz von Schäden wegen leichter Fahrlässigkeit ausgeschlossen werden. 

3. Gewährleistung 

3.1 Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt für Vertragspartner, die Unternehmer im Sinne des UGB und andere Unternehmen sind, sechs Monate und beginnt im Zeitpunkt des Gefahrenüberganges. 

Unternehmer sind verpflichtet, bei sonstiger Verwirkung ihrer Gewährleistungs- und Schadenersatzansprüche unverzüglich mittels eingeschriebenen Briefes Mängel geltend zu machen. Wir 

sind berechtigt, den Gewährleistungsbehelf (Austausch, Wandlung, Verbesserung oder Preisminderung) zu bestimmen. Das Auftreten von Mängel berechtigt - sofern es sich nicht bei den 

Vertragspartnern um Konsumenten im Sinne des KSchG handelt - nicht zur Zurückbehaltung des Kaufpreises oder eines Teiles davon. 

3.2 Durch eine Mängelbehebung wird die Gewährleistungsfrist nicht verlängert. Für diejenigen Waren oder Warenteile, die der Verkäufer von Unterlieferanten bezogen hat, haftet er nie im 

weiteren Umfang, als ihm selbst gegen die Unterlieferanten Gewährleistungsansprüche zustehen. 

3.3. Die Gewährleistung erlischt 

3.3.1 wenn von anderer Seite als durch uns Eingriffe oder Änderungen an den von uns gelieferten Waren ohne unsere schriftliche Zustimmung vorgenommen werden oder 

3.3.2 wenn die vereinbarten Zahlungsbedingungen nicht eingehalten werden; eine Stundung ändert nichts am Verlust des Gewährleistungsanspruches, 

3.3.3 wenn der Käufer die Vorschriften über die Behandlung des Kaufgegenstandes (Betriebsanleitung) nicht befolgt und insbesondere die vorgeschriebene Überprüfung nicht ordnungsgemäß 

durchführen lässt. 

3.4 Zum Ersatz von entgangenem Gewinn sind wir in keinem Falle, zu sonstigem Schadenersatz sind wir nur dann verpflichtet, wenn der Schaden durch uns vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig 

herbeigeführt wurde. 

3.5 Bei Gebrauchtmaschinen ist die Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen. 

4. Zahlung Die Zahlung des Kaufpreises erfolgt gemäß Vereinbarung oder wie auf unserer Rechnung angegeben. Bei Überschreitung der Zahlungstermine gelten Verzugszinsen gemäß § 1333 

Abs. 2 ABGB als vereinbart und sind wir berechtigt, die Erfüllung unserer eigenen Verpflichtungen bis zur Bewirkung der rückständigen Zahlungen aufzuschieben. Bei Zahlungsverzug des 

Kunden sind wir berechtigt, die in unserem Vorbehaltseigentum stehenden Waren bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung zurückzunehmen, ohne dass dies einem Vertragsrücktritt gleichzusetzen 

ist. 

5. AufrechnungGegen unsere Ansprüche ist eine Aufrechnung nicht möglich. Handelt es sich bei unserem Geschäftspartner um einen Konsumenten im Sinne des KSchG, so ist eine Aufrechnung 

gegen unsre Forderungen nur zulässig, wenn es sich um eine Gegenforderung handelt, die im rechtlichen Zusammenhang mit der Verbindlichkeit des Verbrauchers steht, die gerichtlich 

festgestellt oder die von uns schriftlich anerkannt worden ist. 

6. Eigentumsvorbehalt 

6.1 Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung des Kaufpreises samt allfälligen Zinsen und Eintreibungskosten, bei Wechselzahlung bis zur erfolgten Einlösung des Wechsels, unser Eigentum. 

Der Eigentumsvorbehalt gilt auch dann als vereinbart, wenn die Ware nicht unmittelbar von uns, sondern von einem Dritten in unserem Auftrag geliefert wird. Der Kunde ist daher nicht 

berechtigt, die Ware in dieser Zeit einem weiteren Dritten zu übereignen, zu verpfänden, als Sicherstellung anzubieten oder sonst wie zu überlassen oder zu verarbeiten. Der Kunde ist daher 

verpflichtet, eine Beschädigung der gekauften Ware, eine auf diese erfolgte Pfändung oder eine Verbringung dieser Waren uns sofort mittels eingeschriebenen Briefes anzuzeigen und selbst 

alles zu unternehmen, wozu er als sorgfältiger Kaufmann bzw. Verwahrer verpflichtet ist, damit wir an unserem Eigentum keinen Schaden erleiden. 

6.2 Soweit der Kunde unter Eigentumsvorbehalt stehende Waren im Rahmen des gewöhnlichen Geschäftsbetriebes veräußert oder sonst weitergibt, tritt er uns schon jetzt alle aus solchen 

Geschäften entstehenden Forderungen und Nebenrechte gegen Dritte sicherungshalber ab. Auf 

Verlangen hat der Kunde uns seinen Schuldner und alle zur Geltendmachung unseres Anspruches notwendigen Angaben mitzuteilen und seinem Schuldner die unwiderrufliche Forderungsabtretung 

bekanntzugeben. Unser Kunde ist zur Einziehung der Forderung aus dem Weiterverkauf für uns berechtigt und verpflichtet, solange wir von dem uns zustehenden Recht der 

direkten Einhebung keinen Gebrauch machen. 

7. Rücktritt vom Vertrag 

Liegt kein gesetzlicher Rücktrittsgrund vor und will der Kunde den Vertrag stornieren, so ist dies nur mit unserer schriftlichen Zustimmung zulässig. Für diesen Fall (wenn mit unserer Zustimmung 

ein Vertrag aufgelöst wird), sind wir berechtigt, 15 % der Bruttokaufpreissumme als Vertragsstrafe, die keinem richterlichen Mäßigungsrecht unterliegt, zu fordern. Darüber hinausgehende 

Ansprüche bleiben davon unberührt und aufrecht. Zudem sind wir berechtigt, von der Annahme des Auftrages zurückzutreten, wenn nach Auftragserteilung und vor Lieferung 

Umstände in den wirtschaftlichen Verhältnissen des Bestellers bekannt werden, durch welche unsere Forderung nicht mehr ausreichend gesichert und einbringlich erscheint. 

8. Es gilt österreichisches Recht. Sollte es sich bei unserem Vertragspartner um einen ausländischen Kunden handeln und würde UN-Kaufrecht zur Anwendung kommen, so wird einvernehmlich 

vereinbart, dass dieses ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen wird. 

9. Gemäß § 104 JN wird als Gerichtsstand das sachlich zuständige Gericht in Wels vereinbart. Als Erfüllungsort ist unser Unternehmenssitz vereinbart. 

10. Beanstandungen der gelieferten Waren sind sofort bei Lieferung und Übernahme der Ware dem Lieferanten gegenüber mündlich auszusprechen und sind uns weiters unverzüglich spätestens 

binnen 3 Tagen schriftlich durch Einschreiben mitzuteilen. Die gerügte Ware muss im selben Zustand belassen werden, damit sie durch einen Beauftragten besichtigt werden kann. 

11. Der Käufer erteilt seine Zustimmung, dass seine personenbezogenen Daten von uns automatisationsunterstützt gespeichert und verarbeitet werden. 

12. Insoweit der Kunde Lieferungen und Leistungen als Konsument im Sinne des Konsumentenschutzgesetzes in der jeweils geltenden Fassung bestellt und erhält, gelten die vereinbarten 

Geschäftsbedingungen nur insoweit, als sie nicht zwingenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen widersprechen. Es wird daher ausdrücklich die Geltung von Bestimmungen, die gegen ein gesetzliches 

Verbot verstoßen, ausgeschlossen.
