BACKGROUND<br />
A large national retailer was planning its biggest-ever holiday<br />
rollout and approached <strong>Meyers</strong> to create displays and signage<br />
for 2,200 locations.<br />
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS<br />
OPPORTUNITY / NEED<br />
<strong>Meyers</strong> produced 2,212 total kits in 72 unique versions. Each kit<br />
was packed on a 96”x48” skid and weighed, on average, 1,000<br />
pounds. Signage was created on multiple substrates, and color<br />
matching was critical.<br />

This job was 10 times bigger than our typical order from this<br />
client and required <strong>Meyers</strong> to quickly scale up. <strong>Meyers</strong> worked<br />
systematically to maintain consistency in labeling and packing.<br />
