MAKE A SPLASH!<br />

You don’t have <strong>to</strong> travel <strong>to</strong> the east or west coasts<br />

<strong>to</strong> find beautiful sandy beaches. We’ve got them right<br />

here in <strong>Martin</strong> <strong>County</strong>. And with more than 50 lakes<br />

scattered across the region, it’s easy <strong>to</strong> find that perfect<br />

spot for rest, play, and enjoying gorgeous views. If that<br />

isn’t enough, you can also take advantage of our Aquatic<br />

Park and local swimming pools.<br />

FOR A GOOD TIME ON THE BEACH:<br />

GOMSRUD PARK FAIRMONT<br />

South side of Budd Lake and north side of Hall Lake<br />

Located in the middle of <strong>to</strong>wn, these beaches are<br />

easily accessible and well maintained by the City of<br />

Fairmont.<br />

WOLTER PARK EAST CHAIN<br />

North side of East Chain Lake<br />

Clean and friendly, this park can be found in the small<br />

and quaint village of East Chain.<br />

CEDAR HANSON PARK TRIMONT<br />

North side of Clear Lake<br />

The largest lake in <strong>Martin</strong> <strong>County</strong>, it offers<br />

approximately one mile of shoreline.<br />

KLESSIG PARK MN/IA BORDER<br />

East side of Iowa Lake<br />

A small park that sees fewer crowds, this is the perfect<br />

place <strong>to</strong> swim, fish and have a picnic.<br />
