empowered me and gave me trust in my
power &intuition, knowing I’m lead
exactly where I need to be at all times.

I remember applying to my first yoga teacher
training to receive my 200 hours certification.
Thirty days in the Sacred Valley of the Incans
can really change a person. Plant medicine
journeys, heart opening cacao ceremonies,
and energy healing massages from shamans
can EXPONENTIALLY change a person. I
met with mother Aya, Pacha Mama, Spirit;
I began to learn the love of the universe. I
began to realize: I am God. And so are you.
Subsequent to this awakening, I continued on
my journey aimlessly but so divinely
guided.I spent countless hours learning from
healers, shamans, and professors of
consciousness equipped with multitudes of
healing modalities I had never heard of
before. Reiki, Theta Healing, Lomi Lomi,
Ho’oponopono. I have been blessed bymonks
in Cambodia and by Rabbis in Israel- the list
goes on. I dove deep into the spiritual side of
yoga while I cultivated a meditation practice of
my own. In experiencing these
communities, festivals and conferences, I

have found a deep acceptance of myself
through the unconditional love and acceptance
by others everywhere I find myself. Every
bit about me was appreciated, nothing was
judged, and everything was loved.

This past year has been a whirlwind of travel,
learning, adventures, love and even loss.
I have been blessed to see 10 new countries
around the world including: Israel,Portugal,
India, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, China, and
Nicaragua. I have also returned to countries I
know and love. I have experienced living in two
new conscious traveling communities — I told
you, its been a whirlwind.
I am currently in the process of publishing my
first book, a novel geared towards
consciousness for kids. Meanwhile, you can
