CHEF?
Since its inception, Hard Rock Café has established itself as a home for top of the line burgers
crafted with premium ingredients. According to Chef Agi David, the new Mango Bacon Sliders
(IDR 229K) put an innovative twist on time-honored classics, adding a new dimension to the
burger experience.
One serving of these bad boys comes with three sliders, plus long, thick-cut fries and a srirachamayo
blend on the side. A thick imported-beef patty is coated in a layer of luscious jack cheese
and serves as the base of the slider. Just above that, Mango Bacon sauce injects a zesty tang that
cuts through savory flavors of bacon and beef. The result is a burst of flavors that evolves and
intensifies the longer you have it in your mouth. The crown jewel is the deep-fried avocado;
whole slices are bread crumbed and fried to a crisp, leaving the inside soft like guacamole and the
outside crunchy like a hash brown.
The Mango Bacon Sliders were the voted the best dish in a competition that saw over 170 different
creations from Hard Rock Café’s worldwide locations battle it out—that’s how good they are. They
may only be available until end of June, so be sure to try them while you have the chance!
