Local 50 participated in the CLUW<br />
CA Capital Chapter 2nd Annual Bread<br />
and Roses Spaghetti Dinner on March<br />
9, <strong>2019</strong>. This was a benefit dinner for<br />
NorCal Resist, a community of members<br />
organizing for a better world and fighting<br />
injustice through making a positive impact<br />
in our communities.<br />

MEMBER HONORED<br />
International Vice President Damian Petti presented 58-<br />
year member, Michael Edwards, of Local 210 with his Honorary<br />
Lifetime Membership Gold Card.<br />
Michael started out as a projectionist and moved to the<br />
Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium in the 50’s and became<br />
a full member of Local 210 in 1961. Congratulations Brother<br />
Edwards!<br />

Local 63 was pleased to recognize the 50th Membership<br />
Anniversary of Brother George Mironuk at its<br />
annual awards dinner in the fall of 2018. George joined<br />
Local 299 on March 8, 1968 and spent his I.A.T.S.E.<br />
career as a Projectionist. George retired in 1999; the<br />
same year that Local 299 merged with Local 63 and<br />
has been a retired member since.<br />
