Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings for dining require a deposit of £10 per person with the exception of
Christmas Day Luncheon and New Year’s Ever whereby a deposit of £15 per
person is required.
2. The final balance payment must be paid 28 days prior to the date of arrival.
3. Once you have made your booking, we will issue your booking details and
upon receiving the deposit within 14 days, your booking will be confirmed.
4. Deposits and all prepayments are strictly non-refundable and non
transferable.
5. Offers shown in this brochure are subject to availability.
6. Any special dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking.
7. Cancellation by you: if you decide to cancel your booking, please notify us
immediately in writing.
8. Cancellation by us: Icon Hotels Grimsby LLP may cancel bookings under
the following circumstances: a) If the hotel or any part of it is closed due to
circumstances outside its control (all prepayments will be refunded in this
case). b) If the client has not settled the balance payment by the required
settlement dates. c) If it might prejudice the reputation or cause damage to
Icon Hotels Grimsby LLP.
9. A pre-order sheet will be issued and should be returned to the hotel with
final payment 28 days prior to the date of booking.
10. Please note that due to licensing restrictions, the Hotel operates a zero
tolerance policy regarding the consumption of alcohol that is not purchased
from these premises. Persons caught with alcohol not purchased from the
Hotel will be asked to leave the premises, the could also result in the bar
being closed.

I enclose a cheque for
being £10 per person non-refundable deposit
per event and £10 per person per night accommodation, the balance of which will be
forwarded to the hotel no later than 2nd November. Please note Christmas Day and
New Years Eve bookings are £15 per person per event and non refundable. Please
debit my credit/debit card with the non-refundable deposit of £10/15 per person per
event, and £10 per person per night accommodation. I authorise the hotel to debit
my credit/debit card the remaining balance 4 weeks prior the function.
